the room was really spacious and very clean, organic haircare and soaps were provided..very much appreciated the accomodation is within walking distance of the main strip where shopping was fun the restaurants are also located within walking distance so we really loved the place. also very close to Cape Mentelle which we really enjoyed also the easily accessible wifi was very handy...thank you

maybe there should be rubber strips on the door frames so we won't hear the doors slamming when the neighbour closes their door...it's not a big thing, i was just startled a couple of times when doors were slammed.

Location was perfect - walking distance to cafes, restaurants (El Toro is a must) and shops, but was also very quiet. Free, onsite parking (plus even more parking right out the gate). The shower was large with really good water pressure.

Instructions for entry were provided via text message on the day (very clear, key was in the lockbox). It would have been nice for there to be a note in the booking confirmation advising the checkin instructions (with code provided on the day). I had checked the confirmation a few times in the lead up to the day and couldn’t see any note regarding the latest we could arrive.

We recently enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay at Prideau's Accommodation in Margaret River. The self-check-in process was seamless, and communication with the property was excellent. Parking was convenient, adding to the overall positive experience. We had the pleasure of staying in the Balcony King Spa Room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was modern, spacious, and fully air-conditioned, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the deluxe twin spa bath, offering a luxurious way to unwind after exploring the enchanting Margaret River Wine Region. The room featured a king-size bed and an ensuite with a separate shower and toilet. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a microwave and tea & coffee making facilities, adding to the convenience of our stay. The high ceilings and balcony with an outdoor setting provided a charming atmosphere, making our stay even more enjoyable. One standout feature was the large smart TV, allowing us to catch up on our favourite shows from Stan and Binge, adding an extra layer of comfort and entertainment to our stay. In summary, our time at Prideau's Accommodation was memorable and enjoyable. The prime location in the heart of Margaret River, combined with the comfortable and stylish accommodations, made for a fantastic stay.

One minor concern was the air-conditioning, which could benefit from a service or replacement, as we found ourselves needing to set it to a lower temperature than usual to adequately cool the room. Additionally, the bustling nearby deli/cafe, childcare centre, and busy road could occasionally create a bit of noise, but it didn't significantly dampen our overall experience.

Ground floor room was spacious, fantastic central location allowed us to walk every where in town and explore the surrounds. Staff were lovely and friendly. Very large spacious bathroom, wardrobe with just what we needed. Carpet appeared new and plush! King size bed.

Upon entry our ground floor (#1) apartment had a mild damp smell we tried to keep the front and screen doors open as much as possible. The air conditioning unit is visibly dirty with thick fuzzy dust/dirt on the inside which can be seen when the louvres motioned up and down so we avoided using. This is entirely personal preference but we found the bed very stiff and sagged down on a slope, I ended up scheduling a chiro and massage appointment back home. Due to fantastic location you do hear the road noise and passer-bys chatting on the street but this did not bother or affect us at all!

The only things that were not up to (the very high standard) Only 3 coat hangers in the cupboard and we were staying there three nights and travelling in WA for six weeks. Our apartment did not have a little sink for washing up mugs etc. However, the cleaning staff took dirty cutlery etc away and replaced on a daily basis.

Very central, warm, cosy and comfortable. On arrival all heaters were already on, making it pleasant to walk into. Everything was very clean and exactly as expected, if not better. We enjoyed the modern decor and large spa, along with the quality toiletries, tea and coffee provided. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

Honestly I couldn’t fault our 2 bedroom apartment. However if I were being extremely picky, I’d say adding a TV in the main bedroom wouldn’t hurt. However there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Which was a welcomed surprise.

We stayed in two different rooms as i had a last minute stay extension. The first room was lovely and comfortable. The spa bath was great aswell. It had what we needed just at our finger tips. The second room was also lovely and the balcony just gave it that extra flow feel. The spa bath was also amazing watching tv from it. Loved the rooms will definately go back

location was excellent, loved having the enclosed balcony to sit and relax, the farm shop across the road is a gem and advice received from the owner 10 out of 10.

The tap over the spa was constantly running/dripping, even when we arrived. I went to the office upon departure to say goodbye as I think it's nice to have some person to person contact but it was not open. This wasn't a huge problem though, just an observation.

The room was absolutely wonderful, clean, spacious, and overall very lovely. It was really close to all of the shops but also felt very private and luxurious. The bed was comfy and even the carpets were soft and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

The only thing that wasn't the best was the noise of construction in the morning as work was being done to the building next door as well as trucks. But being so close to the main street is always going to be a little noisy.

Our suite was cosy yet modern, spotlessly clean and smelt fresh. Loved having a little balcony at the front and back. The large spa was great as were the bath sheets! The kingsize bed was super comfy. Was thrilled there was a salt & pepper set in the kitchen, as these are not usually included in the usual kitchen condiments. The location is perfect and in walking distance to the main shopping strip, restaurants and pubs.

The pillows on the bed were a bit hard.
