The villa was amazing! I was on a girls' weekend away with my 30 something daughters and we had a superb time. The villa was comfortable, clean, well equipped and very well maintained. We each had a spa bath in our own bathrooms which was superb. Everything was in close walking distance ... cafes restaurants, our massage at Pitchayas Thai Massage, the beach ... as were lots of attractions. The cream on the cake was an offer of a late checkout to 2pm which allowed us to do the Eagle Bay to Bunker Bay trail and still have time to come back and have a nice hot shower before packing up and heading home. Comfortable beds, clean, convenient for beach, within walking distance to shops, restaurants.

The property itself was great,but we had 2 children with us looking forward to swimming , and the pool was closed for maintenance, it was a long weekend,surely it could have been scheduled for a different date.

House was in a very convenient location. Easy 5 minutes walk to supermarket. Very near the beach. Liked that each room had an ensuite and there was a large extra full bathroom. Also liked the kitchen and grill and dining area, We stayed two nights and cooked our own dinner in the house twice! Dunnsborough is a beautiful area.

Although every room had its own ensuite, there was no bathroom door separating bath from the bedroom. For one of the bedrooms, there wasn't even a door separating toilet from the sleeping area.

Great facilities, clean, well maintained, considerate with consumables. Location very convenient but away from the busier side of the resort. Email responses were very prompt, helpful and understanding.

The double doors could be a little tricky to get used to with no handle on one side but not really an issue. Our family with big kids had no troubles but for those with little children the stairs may be a little stressful.

a very comfortable accomodation at an excellent location. the house was well equipped (except for coffee machine) and it was a luxury to have a bathroom for each room.

a little less dust on the blinds and outdoor furniture would have bern appreciated. the internet connection was not good at all.

The house itself is very roomy and comfy, it has all the modern amenities and the kitchen is very well equipped. The bedroom configuration is fantastic, three separate rooms all with there own bathrooms and a spare shower room/toilet in the communal area.

All bedrooms had their own ensuites, great for having your own space. Temperature control was great in all areas. Place was well stocked with essentials. Was in a very central location to shops and the beach. Comfortable furniture.

Could hear the floorboards upstairs creaking when people were walking, when in the downstairs bedroom at night time.

Nice rooms, awesome Spa Bath, close to all Restaurants, Shopping, Beach.

There were areas that were missed by the cleaners ( pantry, microwave, couple of cupboards & 1 bathroom). Not a biggy, tho could attract undesirables in the pantry & bbq..

modern, clean and great location

shared pool needs a keypad style lock to stop local kids coming in and messing about, quite intimidating and felt uncomfortable using it again after.

3 separate bedroom all with ensuite. size and set up AC in all rooms

upstairs room had no shower curtain and no door. very noisy for room below. dead flies on window frames. no laundry liquid and some bathrooms had no soap. room under the top floor room could hear all noise including gentle walking. very close to other properties so can hear noisy drunks.
