Photos on line are accurate for room descriptions. Room size, quietness, view along the coast, bed size and comfort. Cleanliness. Helpful, friendly staff. Plenty of storage in the triple wardrobes x 2. Large bathroom, big bath, rain shower. There are a few plug sockets which take various country's plugs, but, advisable to take a 2 pin Euro adaptor/convertor for convenience. There was a U.K. and U.S. type socket too. (Note, no USB port). We enjoyed the location, opposite the Baku Eye and Deniz shopping centre. A pleasant walk through the lovely parkland heading into town. Good base for F1 weekend. Takes about 5 minutes to reach the Baku Eye Wheel taking the underpass. (10 manats per adult for a ride). 10 minutes to reach the funicular, carpet museum. 40 minutes walk to reach Ashberon grandstand (the furthest from the hotel, but, you get to experience all the fan zones). Taxis can be arranged at the reception, if you need to get to the old town area. 10-26azn per trip depending on car standard, size. Bolt app is helpful. Nice bar and terrace area, with restaurant attached. Friday evening dinner, male host was super. Breakfast staff everyday & maitre d were great. Female hostess that served us Sunday evening, was super. Food was of good quality, reasonably priced. Breakfast was enjoyed, slightly different options daily, plenty of food choice, yogurts, muesli, cereals, porridge, salads, fruits, pastries, breads, cheese, cooked dishes, egg choices, juice, you will not be hungry. The chefs are great! Tables are cleared, cleaned in good time. Tables are spaced apart adequately, no big queues for breakfast buffet, despite being fairly busy. Housekeeping, respected the 'do not disturb' and 'make up my room' signs. Room was cleaned well. Lady at reception, very helpful on Monday, arranged our driver to the airport, your team are so nice. Concierge helped with luggage. Basic wifi available, good speed.

Some minor room issues, nothing serious: Plug socket near a mirror would be useful, for the use of the hairdryer. Shower had a little dribble from the pipe, not serious, still had good flow. Kettle, on the tea & coffee tray, had no plug socket next to it to facilitate its use. Hand towel and towel rail next to the basin in the separate toilet cubicle would be useful. Lightbulbs in wardrobe area not working upon arrival, but, staff are keen to address issues notified and will fix the problem. Coffee at breakfast is limited to a dispenser of filter coffee, it is okay. Cappucino, espresso, latte etc cost extra. It should be a smaller surcharge for an add on coffee, at breakfast. Charging 14azn extra for a cappuccino, for example, is excessive in my opinion.

I came to Baku with my family. From the beginning of the stay, the staff were extremely helpful and supportive. They welcomed us warmly. The rooms were clean and all the facilities were working completely fine. The view of the hotel was really nice facing Baku Eye and sea view. The lobby area was also really cozy and nice. We also opted for daily breakfast buffet, in which we had many great options. The food tasted fresh & yummy always. Their service was top notch! I would like to thank specially Mr. Safar who was always willing to help us at all times and really understanding. Also, the staff at the restaurant Elvin and Ozkhan made sure that the service is great. These people made our stay super comfortable. Thank you Sheraton team for a wonderful experience. 😊💕

Everything was great.

This was our second stay in this hotel and would visit again. Good location for walking to the Old Town and along the Boulevard. Beautiful hotel, which is clean and the staff are friendly, particularly the excellent Vitaliy and Elbarzi in the restaurant. Also, the extremely efficient and conscientious waitress who works in the bar and restaurant at night was exceptional at her job and deserves recognition (I didn't get her name but she has dark hair, always tied back) The chefs at breakfast were always pleasant and helpful and keen to cook for you. Good choice at breakfast.

We did have issues with basic essential items in the room not being replenished on four occasions. We had a problem with a booking in the spa, but the receptionist was very helpful and sorted it out for us. Its a shame there isn't swimming pool and a bigger gym, the gym is extremely small and again towels and water were not replenished regularly. The tea at breakfast was very week and coffee not great. Limited vegetarian/vegan options on the menu so only ate in the hotel at night once during a 10 night stay.

The carpet in the room is little bit old but it doesn’t matter

The staff were exceptional- friendly, welcoming and remembered our names at breakfast check in! Everything about the hotel worked for us as a family, close to the old city, the funicular, the park, the seafront walk, Deniz mall- great location- some reviews say it’s out the way- a 10 min walk and your in amongst Baku, via an underpass to the right of the hotel. Rooms were sound proofed, housekeeping was excellent and the rooms were large and comfortable- the kids raved about the showers! The Spa and Gym were small- but had the basics. Breakfast was exceptional, different options each morning to add variety to the basic brekkie options you would expect at a large international chain of hotels. Baku tours picked up from the hotel, which saved a walk to a central pick up location that many tours operated from outside the old city gates. All in all this was a great decision, considering we stayed at Nobel hotel for one night, cancelled our booking and moved to the Sheraton for the remainder of our holiday!! All in all, perfect for a family of 4 with a 15 & 18 year old!!!

The Location is perfect right in front of the caspian sea and baku eye, very near to nizami street just 15 minutes walk. The view from the balacony was amazing, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was luxurious and comfortable, at 3 am I asked to provide 2 bottles of water they provided 3 swiftly and free of charge, overall experience was great

Well first the room was kinda small, the headboard of the bed was scratched and needed some maintenance, also the shower, the door of the bathroom, to he honest the price was high and we could have stayed in a better hotel with the same price but we didn't have enough time, one last thing the sound proofing wasn't that good, there was a lot of noise coming from the street, also there was alot of noises from the nearby rooms

I can put toilet paper in the toilet!! Staff is amazing. I only remember one name , Rashad, his English is very good and he was so helpful with my bags. However, ALL of the staff is amazing and friendly and they were SOOOOO helpful when my flight got cancelled and I need to switch days. I am VERY appreciative that they were so gracious. The rooms are large for Eurasia which was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful views from the balcony! Balcony wall is high so you cannot sit and enjoy, you must stand and enjoy. Restaurant isn’t the best but it’s decent for a late meal, stays open til midnight. Service is slow but acceptable. The bathroom even has one outlet for American plugs which was another pleasant surprise. Didn’t get to use the gym this time around but it looked well equipped.

Crossing the street is was a challenge to go to the mall, park or Ferris wheel. Hotel sits in a very busy and large street with no easy way to cross without walking quite a distance. Location is fair - 15-25 min walk to tourist meetup spots and attractions in the Old City , depending on what you want to do or see

The staff at Sheraton Baku Intourist were commendable for their good nature and eagerness to assist, making every effort to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued. This level of service was consistent across all interactions, contributing significantly to the overall positive experience of my stay. My room featured a stunning view of the Baku eye and Baku Boulevard, providing a peaceful backdrop to my visit. It was not only the view that impressed; the room was tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The dining experience was particularly noteworthy for its inclusion of a few vegetarian options, which were both thoughtful and flavorful, catering well to dietary preferences.

My experience with the spa service was somewhat underwhelming. While the spa itself boasted a relaxing environment and a variety of treatments, the service and execution of the treatments were average and left room for improvement. The music was loud and the experience did not quite meet the high standards set by the other aspects of the hotel.

We had a 2 day family stay (2 adults & 2 kids below 6 years). * Check-in: Thank you reception guys and Sanad "hope the name is correct" from the check-in team. We reached at the hotel early at 11 AM and our check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00 PM. Mr. Sanad made for us a very kind service and allowed us to check in early at 12 o'clock. Thank Youuu so much, this is very much appreciated and made us fall in love with this hotel from the first moment. * Breakfast: The atmosphere was so lovely and you can feel the warmth vibes in the place "we traveled in cold season", the chefs were very professional and at the same time very kind with the kids. Special thanks to chef Renat "i hope the name is correct" and the Sous Chef "apologize for forgetting the name, he was the most kind person" and special thanks to Orkhan for taking care to have a perfect dining experience. also a special thanks to the best Hot Chocolate maker in Azerbaijan :) * Location: the hotel is located exactly opposite to the Coaster Wheel, it's a 10 minutes walking distance to Deniz Mall and around 30 minutes walking distance to the Old City & Nizami Street. * Room: we booked a sea view "Deluxe Guest Room with 2 Double Beds", beds was extremely comfy and wide enough to accommodate 1 adult and 1 kid in each bed, the room was spacious enough also. * Service: the concierge team was extremely helpful, thank you.

Wish there was a swimming pool, that's the only thing which we could add to the hotel to make our stay perfect.
