Check in and check out was very simple and quick All staff are friendly, polite and always willing to help Hotel location is good and away from the built-up areas Private beach area was clean and safe Room was big and when asked to be cleaned, it was completed straight away. Used room service and the standard of food was good. Used kids play area and was found to be clean and safe. Value for money compared to other hotels in the area. 2nd time I have stayed at the hotel and will stay again.

Music blasting all night from the bar attached to the hotel. Guests should be informed of possible noise disturbance during the weekend. Not ideal when you have a 6-month baby.

The property is very pleasant and great for families. Swimming pool is big and suitable for both adults and kids. Breakfast offers quality food but a bit limited variety (still not bad for a 4 star hotel), the rooms are spacious and cozy, the balconies with swimming pool or sea view make early mornings better, the decorations and design of the facilities is well done, there are about 4 different restaurants that offer good food if you plan to stay in for lunch and dinner, check in and check out was quite smooth with no delays. Overall, it’s one of the least expensive family resorts in Bahrain that is provided a satisfying stay 2-3 night stay.

The staff need more training, they need to be nicer, and give smiles to the visitors. if you are coming here only for the beach, then don’t bother, the beach is sandy and has a nice view but the water it’s self doesn’t look clean and is below average. Room service in evenings doesn’t exist. either ask them to clean your early noon or don’t even call them cause they will not cooperate.

The location is amazing we visited 9 years ago and it was amazing to be back the breakfast was amazing staff so friendly and helpful the bartenders also so attentive and polite and the lifeguard always wore a smile such a friendly atmosphere

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like it was even better than last time with some improvements the beach bar was one of them if I could note anything it would be the bathroom the shower screens could do with an upgrade and areas of the bathroom as well as the balcony

Great neatness across the property, Hygiene is superb, Co-operative staff,Pool is well maintained, Comfortable beds,Excellent view from room, free golf-cart service from pool to reach room, Great breakfast menu,Chef on live omlet is good in making all varieties of omlet which my kids loved. I was little early for check-in but staff at reception helped to get in the room. Thanks to the staff for making our holidays memorable.

The speed of room service and service at the beach needs little improvement, Limited options for the Indian menu (I found only biryani and paneer) which needs improvement and more varieties can be added. Remaining everything was beyond the expectations.

we love the pool and that there is a bar and restaurants on site

we were told directly to park at the entrance. no questions of whether we have any disabilities - I sometimes can’t walk far. security was very argumentative about me being dropped closer to the door. then when we arrived at the room there was parking nearby. maybe to also suggest to have table numbers in the restaurant (main) to help with communication- we were asked to pay the bill twice as the team did not talk to one another. at a competitor hotel, I never paid before I eat…. always after and at the cashier - less bickering at the table and more polite as the payment issue disturbed our conversation.

The ambience was nice. We got the room with balcony with pool and sea view, and it was great. All the staff are nice and helpful. It's a nice place to stay for family with kids. They have a nice playroom and a pool with slide for kids. I think the price is good a 4-star beachside hotel. We will definitely come back.

Breakfast was okay but there's not a lot of options. We did not have complete complimentary items in the bathroom such as conditioner, shower caps, toothpaste, bathrobes, etc which we usually get in other hotels on the same category. I think everything else were great.

Its a five star hotel, but a few things made it amazing: The beautiful Spanish-Arabian mix architecture of hotel and rooms. The view from the room, mine was overlooking the pool, some overlook the bay. The staff were too nice, the front desk lady cared enough to just upgrade my room from garden view to pool view, thanks. The rooms are actually way bigger than you expect, big space, with balcony, and great natural wood furniture; nothing cheap here, its all done in great design taste. The Breakfast buffet was above average, gets an A, loved the Chef, a man who cares about all food details and taste. So, thank you to the managment for the great job.

Nothing wrong, i can rate hotel as 9.50 to 10.

This property has everything that you don't think of going to city centre anymore. We booked this property for overnight stay on year-end eve to attend Azul new year party. We enjoyed way more at Novotel than the party at Azul.

It is not that I did not like but location is a bit bother if someone wanted to visit city, not for me though as I live and work in Saudi. However, if I am staying at Novotel, I won't think of going to city centre.

Property and location was very good

The balcony was not clean and looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. Once the room is booked they should check and offer a completely ready to move room. Also room booked for 4 people hence they should provide all accessories in 4 numbers.

I want to thank the hotel staff, special mention to the front desk Ms. AYA, she was very helpful and accomodating, she even upgraded our room to make my daughter’s birthday very special and memorable for us! We really enjoyed our stay. The pool is exceptional, the best I have seen in all the hotels I stayed in bahrain even compared to the more expensive ones. Again thank you to Ms. AYA for granting my special request :)
