breakfast was good and very varied, with even some typical brazilian foods. The staff was really friendly and really helpful and treated us very well, and there was a great guided tour offered by the hotel, the views were rlly nice and the juice and coconut water at the hotel bar was cheap. It was also close to a lot of beach bars and restaurants.

I didn't really like the coffee served at breakfast. Also the payment of the guided tour with the partnered agency wasn't well explained, it did not cause issues when we had to pay on the day during the tour but it should have been better explained at the counter. Also certain things that we either could or couldn't do, e.g getting extra towels for beach or how to make the energy work in the room could have been better explained to us

Loved the location...enjoyed the breakfast and the pool area dining for cocktails and snacks...

I recently stayed at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, making every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The complimentary breakfast is a great start to the day at 6:30am Overall, this hotel provides a wonderful experience, combining comfort, convenience.

While my stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, there were a few drawbacks. The noise of the street was quite disruptive, especially at night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent and often slow, you won’t be able to connect some streaming services from your smartphone to the TV.

The location is wonderful, next to bars and restaurants and also the metro station (less than 10 minutes walking). The bedroom has a window from ceiling to floor, so even layed down in the bed you have the beach view. Eeverything was very clean, the bed is hudge and confortable.

in the bedroom we stayed there was only USB-A ports and no power outlets. There is a power outlet in the living room. We turned off the minibar in the bedroom to use the socket behind it. The dish quality in the restaurant was not consistant. Overall everything was tasty, but once we ordered the same dish from a previous night and this time it was not good.

It was on top of Copacabana beach. As soon as we arrived, one of the staff helped us with our bags to get it into the hotel when we were checking in and the same when we checked out. While this may not be the case with everyone, I had booked a partial sea view and was upgraded to a full ocean view. The hotel has such a beautiful view of Copacabana beach and surrounding areas. The breakfast was delicious and so was the four cheese pizza. The hotel is also in the perfect location, there are great restaurants a few blocks down (Pave Azul is one) and bakeries (Bendito Cookies being one).

The pool felt a little small but then again, Copacabana beach is right across the street. Another was the key card turning on the electricity in the room, including outlets but this is also a common occurrence if traveling throughout Brazil - so charge battery packs overnight while you’re sleeping.

Location is great. Right in front of the beach. Breakfast is good but not too fancy. Rooms are clean although need some looking into like things being loose in the bathroom. They need to look at the linen as the bath towels were no better than wiping clothes.

Linen . Need to replace the towels etc. Totally worn out. Need to fix and clean certian items in the room like chairs are dirty .NO IRON in the room or in the hotel

It is a great location, in the heart of Copacabana. There are several shops and restaurants nearby and it is very easy to commute from the hotel to the main touristic attractions. I also had a chance to get a room with sea view, which is highly recommended.

There are only two narrow lifts that can get busy at times. Moreover, breakfast have a great variety but they could improve the quality of the food served there.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The room is good and comfortable. All clean. I felt the need for an armchair in the room, as I booked a superior room with a sea view and expected a little more comfort. The hotel is very well located in a safe area of ​​Copacabana between two metro stations.

I missed typical Brazilian dishes for breakfast like tapioca and I believe that the hotel needs small repairs and renovation of the furniture.

Location excellent Room offered great views over Copacabana. Breakfast mostly good choices - but only ever 1 choice of egg ie scrambled only every day

The soundproofing between rooms could have been better - you could hear conversations through the walls, but the windows kept the sound of the street out.
