- great location on the Copacabana seafront - large room and comfortable bed - rooftop pool and space to relax

- the bath / shower combination was a bit odd and dated - the hot tub wasn’t working and the pool staff wouldn’t give us towels for some reason despite everyone else seeming to have them - breakfast was a bit manic as it’s a small space for lots of people

Location was great, the first line of buildings in Copacabana. The view from the roof was great with a little pool. Breakfast was decent, a lot of fruit which I like.

Check-in was delayed because the hotel was full and it took some time for them to manage. We just dropped our stuff and went out, so not a problem. AC was just above the bed which is not that good if you wanna run it during the night.

Travel for vacation with family and friends from Australia. Staff were fantastic, very helpful with any requests and bookings, and happy to assist with our little amount of Spanish we spoke. Rooms were roomy and comfortable. Foyer/ reception was approachable and welcoming. There were ample staff on at all times. Breakfast was ample and enjoyable. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Cleaners were evident at various times in public spaces which highlighted this. Rooms were exceptional value for money given size and amenity. Location is fantastic, beachfront access and was a great base for exploring both ends of Copacabana. This was also a pick up point for our Rio tour and attendance at a soccer match. We stayed for 5 nights and were able to see everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Location! Location and Location again. that's why we choose this hotel and it didn't disappoint. You just cross the street and you are at Copacabana. The staff was quite friendly and speaks English, cleaning was daily and cleaning ladies were very nice.

internet was the worst I ever encountered. You have to go through several stages to connect every time and even after that it wasn't working well. It was very slow and getting disconnected every other minute. Breakfast was quite disappointing, there were many options but food wasn't good and it was mostly sweet desserts. Only positive part was fruit selection, which was good.

I stayed in the hotel in October. The staff was very helpful and professional, before and during my stay at the hotel. The location is excellent for exploring the city and reaching both airports. The beach is just there. The breakfast is a very decent one, with plenty of options. The rooftop gives great views from Copacabana. The swimming pool is quite small, but it is enough for a relaxing dip. The bedroom had a good size, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely consider staying there again.

I would say the room would need some renovation. The curtains were falling apart and had a mild smell of mould/humidity.

Location is excellent, right on Atlantic Avenue, in Copacabana, with a fantastic ocean and bahia view. Metro station and bus stops at walking distance. Also easy to move from and to through uber. The bad part of being right on Atlantic Ave was the noise of music, parades, and so on. But closing the windows reduced a lot this noise. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My only suggestion, given the new Covid waves, is that the restaurant should have ventilation (open windows), and more higiene in the tables and the food area. Other than that, is an excellent place to spend time in Rio de Janeiro.

Hotel was very nice and clean rooms were updated. Great location and stuff. Breakfast was delicious and diverse, only one complain is coffee ☕️ was not tasty for my taste. It is also would be nice if it was cappuccino available as well. Also I loved that hotel provides umbrella s, beach towels and chairs , that was wonderful! You don't have to take money to the beach, you can charge your drinks to hotel room

Location was perfect, right in front of the Copacabana beach! the room over all was pretty good and very spacious. The room service was very good and not too over priced. The breakfast was delicious and with a great variety.

I only wish the room doors were more sound proof as you could hear anything happening in the corridors, inside the room, and everything happening inside the room, in the corridors. The cleanliness could also be better, the floor had some sand at places around the room, and I didn’t have the courage to use the “nice” big hot tub as around the jets was all stained/dirty.

The property had everything you need. It was in a great location and the staff great. Great breakfast too.

Sometimes wifi would cut out especially at important times like ordering ubers. At the hotel restaurant food (apart from breakfast) was crap. I was given a burnt pizza and a dry cheeseburger

The location was amazing!! right in front of Copacabana beach. The staff was lovely, helpful and kind. The breakfast was nice and there were a lot of food options for all sorts of taste. You can order food to eat at the bar or in the room. The prices for the food was very reasonable and the portions were very big. The Kiwi Caipirinha drink is delicious. There's a gym, pool and sauna available for all guests. Me and my family had a great experience and if we're ever back in Rio we would definitely stay here again.

The sheets wouldn't stay on the bed and it was a bit uncomfortable and annoying having to fix it during the night
