Location, easy to find, lots of free parking, newly renovated large modern room with warm Breakfast

The place is under renovation and you drive up to the front of the hotel it looks like an abandoned building with exposed steel beams and broken windows. A sign instructs you to drive around to back. You enter and you’re in a re instruction zone. Receptionist was a bit offish. She didn’t say they held a $250 + full room charge in my Credit card and didn’t actually quote the correct total room charge with tax included. I learned about the $381 CC charge the next day. The room was however newly renovated as was the entire 4th floor. Good breakfast despite a shoebox sized eating room (again under reconstruction). In the end it was good value but clients should be made aware that the place is u set construction.

Breakfast was good but unfortunately room was cramped and dinghy because of the renovations. I liked the fact that it was a quiet night and that I saw a notice posted about the penalties for not respecting the ‘quiet’ time!

The wifi was spotty so couldn’t connect properly for some of the time.

The room was clean. The air conditioning worked well. The sitting room was an extra that was really welcoming. The setup of the toiletries on the counter was easy to see. The breakfast was excellent. We slept well.

The fridge worked when we plugged it into another outlet. We mentioned this at checkout and were told that mainanence would be contacted. More supervision in breakfast room to protect people from rude fellow breakfast guests.

Staff was so helpful and polite. The hotel is currently under renovations. I am excited to see their final result. Their Breakfast is very good. Our room was very large and clean. Couldn't beat the price. Everything around was double the price.

I can't complain about anything. They were under a transition and had heavy renovations taking place. Despite all that going on every where I went was clean.

The bed was so comfortable! The room was very quiet; I know there was construction taking place at the hotel, but that did not disturb my stay. I wish the pool was open, but I enjoyed using the gym! The girl who was working at the breakfast bar was so helpful and really pleasant!

Everything was great! When I first arrived, the outside of the Hotel looked run-down, due to no signage, but once inside, the staff was very welcoming.

Hotel: some areas, including the breakfast area and front desk, were under repair. It would have been nice to have a heads-up.

It was what i expected…very nice and even thou it was under construction it was still clean and tidy and the front desk was very helpful and polite.

Only thing i would complain about was the smell of pot, Weed, when we got off the elevator on our floor it was disgusting..kids running up and down the halls.l

I had been biking for three hours before checking in. Check in took one minute which was great. The room was comfy and clean and the bathroom and shower just beautiful! Breakfast was great with lots of variety to satisfy everyone.

Room beds and bathroom were all good. Hotel is the middle of renovations so there were some restrictions on space and amenities but enought were available to have a good stay.

Very convenient location! The staff were excellent at the front desk and in the dining room. Always serving with a smile. The rooms were quite clean. Parking was always available close to the front door. Cousins' Restaurant made some great toasted sandwiches just before the kitchen closed for takeaway at 10 PM on Saturday.

Our room was great! We were 4 adults travelling so booked the Double Queen Suite which had 2 queen beds in a separate bedroom, a small kitchen area with counter, sink, and fridge. All perfect. There was also a sitting area as soon as you enter the suite. The hide-a-bed springs were not the best, and the washroom fan was very noisy. Also the metal mirrored door for the closest needs oil as it was very squeaky when you opened it. We were on the 2nd floor in proximity to the elevators. Everything else was great!
