Diane, the night auditor was amazing. She helped me find the best parking spot and how to best get to my room. I also found most staff I passed in the hallways to be very friendly and polite. I’m sad to say that I did not get their names as it was just the briefest of interactions.

The time it took to ring up items from the store up front was a little longer than I expected. I work in a hotel myself and we are able to write up total amounts and do a manual count for items later. I understand that the system requires an active count but there has to be a better way of doing things that doesn’t require guests to waste time standing while 3 individual cans of pop are being rung up.

The sliding door access to outside was convenient in order to bring in items from the car, good hot breakfast, very quiet hotel at night . Even tho I wasn't traveling with pets it's nice to know this hotel is pet friendly.

Front desk checking in reception person was a little cold, probably could've smiled a little considering her position as a first impression to guests staying at the hotel. The night reception was friendlier. A coffee maker in the room would have been a nice touch also.

The room was very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast had plenty of options to chose from. I liked the patio door exit so you could leave the room without going through the main part of the hotel.

We didn't have any negative experiences personally. There were a few upset guests while we were there but we didn't know why and they seemed to be dramatic about the situation.

Great place, they are doing some upgrading of construction at lobby area and will be very nice when done. Cheery housecleaning people. Very clean, quiet and good location, good parking

The breakfast area was too small for a busy place that size, the staff member in the breakfast area was a little snarly so we ended up taking our food to our room which was little awkward.

The Comfort Inn exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, comfortable and breakfast was tasty. The staff seem to go out of their way to answer our questions. My own wish is that the Inn used real plates instead of paper plates to reduce waste.

Great location near highway and shops, restaurants etc. Great location when travelling with pets as the rooms where they are available are on the ground floor with patio doors! Comfy beds!

staff was not very welcoming upon check inn .more concerned about talking someone else about nothing ., staff serving breakfast was rude and impatient and being very short with people .,in front of me ., i went in breakfast room wrong door there was no sign to let you know enter or exit and she was rude about that .,she should not be dealing with public.,heard couple staff talking out in the hall way using foul words about some of your customers.

Price on check in was not what I was quoted in the reservation. Desk clerk said, oh, “it was probably in USD” on the website. Watch out, I was booking a Canadian property from Canada. That’s a misleading SCAM in my opinion.

We had a great stay, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff checked to see if we needed clean towels or wanted room service. Continental breakfast was good.

We had every we need. Rooms and building was pretty clean, beds were comfortable and the staff very friendly. breakfast was more than we expected, they had, cereal, toast, croissant, and hot food like omelette, sausage and potato. they even had a mix for waffles and a waffle maker. excelent!!

We could use a coffee maker in the room but really, everything was perfect
