The relaxation space with small square table and chair is a plus to the guests. Sitting there comfortably during the evening time. The location is quite accessible to the main attractions. We walk to almost all the attractions on my list.

I would appreciate if the freezer could be a little more bigger, However it is acceptable. If you received the mail notification regarding to the parking options. Just ignore it ( Do not change the pass) if you would not drive during the stay. ($20 for the whole day, $4?/hour), the pas will probably be $27+tax, however you may get in/off without limitation.

The hotel is located within walking distance of parliament hill, so perfect. Having a balcony is very nice. The room is spacious. The decor is a tad out of date, but it's in perfect condition. The bed is comfy. The bathroom shower was hot and plentiful. We checked out via phone, so that was fast and easy.

The parking is fine, but it's difficult to find the hotel from the parking lot. The staff doesn't answer the phone. It is not soundproof, so we heard noise in the halls over the TV (wedding guests being loud in the hall). The restaurant hours are not great. In 3 nights, 4 days we never did eat there, due to the hours. We tried to stay another night, but it was fully booked. They don't do housekeeping, even with a 3 night stay, due to COVID. That makes no sense in October 2022. There are no COVID restrictions or mask mandates, so why? If you are saving the enviroment, great. If you are using COVID as an excuse, no dice.

I was in Ottawa on vacation to visit the major historical sites, and Ottawa Marriott was the perfect place to stay. It is a few minutes walk from the Supreme Court and Parliament Hill, with other historical sites very close. The room was clean, and was cleaned everyday we were there. Guest services was very accomodating as well. I needed a microwave to heat my dinner and they had one delivered to the room. Overall, a great stay, you will not regret it.

Thermostat was a bit diffucult to adjust.

The price for the time I booked was very adequate compared to other hotels. Location is the best about this hotel. The city view was good too (Executive King, Corner room, private Balcony)

The pool was closed and it was noisy in the hallway. Another thing is some might not like the outdated interior, as it is not a new building. The ceilings were also surprisingly low.

Great location. We were there for the August long weekend so tons to see and do within the Parliament area without much driving around! Staff were super nice and amazing at what they do. Loved that the hotel had events (Yuk Yuks and Burlesque) that weekend!

The room was pretty dated - bathroom, tv and bed can definitely use an upgrade. Bed was comfy but creaky just sitting on it. Was hoping to enjoy the balcony but it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in a while and spiders were around.

The location was perfect. The beds were ok...but kind of old....I did feel a bit of a rod in my back from the bed. Also a coffee shop would be nice in the hotel from when you got back from where ever you were. We went to a show at the NAC and wanted a coffee Star bucks was closed at 11pm.....so that is kind of weird. It should be open longer.

One thing I would like to comment on is the bathtub in our room was very slippery. It's weird but as you age you kind of notice these things. There should be rubber mats in the tubs. Stairs into the pool would have been a good idea too for those who are older and not as mobile.

The view from the room, was great could see from one end to the other the water and bridges. So close to all the historical buildings. Starbucks downstairs adjoined to hotel plus dining restaurant breakfast buffet, with fresh eggs on order to how you like. Lots of areas to walk without cars very friendly. Bed was firm slept very well.

Would be nice if there was airport shuttle service.

Location was perfect for lots of things that we could get to on foot. Exactly what we wanted! We had originally booked 5 nights, and extended it 3 extra nights because we absolutely loved our holiday, and we didn't want it to end! All of the staff was very friendly, very helpful, and always so pleasant!

I'm not a big fan of firm mattresses, but that is a pretty minor thing to complain about.

My second stay in this hotel and I am impressed how clean they keep everything, from lobby, hallways, room, pool area. Staff is frienfy and know what they are doing. Location is great, walking distance everywhere, no overcrowded. Access to transportation and all what you need.

Coffee maker is a bit a challenge and all the supplier related too were empty. At my second night they restock stuff to make coffee-tea.

The room is so spacious and felt very clean. The bed was big and comfortable. It’s a wonderful hotel!! We brought our dog and she was very welcome. We were on the 21st floor. I liked the balcony and there was Netflix too!

I slept there for 1 night and the next day I noticed red bumps growing all over my arms. I think I got an allergic skin reaction to the detergent / bleach they use to clean their sheets. So be aware of that if you have sensitive skin (mine typically isn’t even sensitive so whatever they’re using must be strong). also dog bowls would’ve been nice and their pancakes were really doughy and disgusting. We had to throw them out. Overall it’s a great hotel, just don’t get the pancakes and don’t go if you have sensitive skin. enjoy!
