The reception staff were really service oriented and were super friendly and never hesitating to answer any questions small or big. You can feel the mix of modern furnishings at the same time also seeing the aging tiles and fittings. It's been around since 2006 so it won't be fair to compare to Pavilion Hotel for the overall feel and ambience. And for those who really want accessibility this hotel really ticks it all. It's super near KL Sentral transport node which easily connects you to trains and mainly KLIA Express train and not forgetting the Nu Sentral mall which also serves as a one stop place for all good food and shopping options.

The aged parquet floor in our room had signs of wear and tear and had stains. But the overall cleanliness made us look past it for the room.

The breakfast spread is great; variety of local food with some Japanese cuisine. Even some rare local fruits like salak was available. The gym is the best gym I have been to for a hotel; all new equipment and never feels crowded cause it’s massive and have a high ceiling. Also went for a massage and facial; my therapist (Ellie) was really great at accommodating my needs and making sure that I had a good experience. Excellent service from staff; you just need to WhatsApp them what you need and five seconds later it will be delivered to your room.

The view from the room is rather lacklustre compared to other hotels at this price range. The swimming pool also lacks any instagrammable view. TV programming is also bad; the HBO HD channel was not HD at all. No Apple TV to airplay your own content as well.

On arrival at the airport we found that our suitcases had missed our flight We booked in to your hotel and the chief concierge Ronald advised that he would track down our suitcases and have them picked up by the hotel staff Ronald personally delivered our suitcases to our room the next day I would like to thank him for assisting us in a very professional manner

Central location near the heart of all your sightseeing and shopping delights and desires. The Hilton was located only a 15-minute walk from the train station, with a hop on and hop off tour bus you can catch talking you to all the tourist hotspots throughout Kula Lumpa! I was traveling alone and felt extremely safe as a woman walking around the city. Staff every morning would always greet me for my morning breakfast and make an effort to strike conversation about my previous day’s activities etc. Staying at the Hilton was like staying at a friend’s house it felt warm and welcoming. I was unable to take a bath as the bath plug was not working, every time to full the bath water will drain through.

I opted for the breakfast and dinner deal, and I must say, the dining experience at Vasco, the hotel's restaurant, was nothing short of spectacular. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the attentive staff added to the overall enjoyable dining experience. The hotel's health club, including the gym facilities, surpassed my expectations. The state-of-the-art equipment and well-maintained spaces made my workout sessions a pleasure. While the initial wait upon arrival was a minor inconvenience, the Hilton Kuala Lumpur's dedication to providing a comfortable and luxurious experience shone through. This was our first time at the Hilton KL and our first experience of Malaysia, so we weren't sure of what to expect. Our room was spacious, quiet and extremely comfortable with wonderful views across the city. We took advantage of the executive lounge and enjoyed the breakfast, afternoon tea as well as the evening drinks and canapes sessions, where there was a wide selection of food and drinks to suit all tastes. The hotel is located close to KL Sentral train and light rail stations, which made traversing the city a lot easier. A large pool area made for an enjoyable swim without feeling that you were in other guests' way. The wellness spar at the hotel is a must to visit, especially after and before long haul flights. Our visit there really helped us to prepare for our long journey home. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming and only too willing to fulfil our requests. I also must commend the staff at the Hilton for being able to respectfully and quietly control some of the not so considerate and greedy guests. An extremely pleasant experience, and one I am looking forward to repeating in the not too distant future.

While this is not a criticism, we noted that the executive lounge was very popular early in the evening. We worked out quickly that it was better to either be there when the lounge area opened at 6pm so that we were one of the first to arrive, or delay our visit until later in the evening, once the rush had subsided.

The room was very comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast although I would like to see a counter with pork bacon and pork sausages

It was difficult to understand charges for the room. Why 768Ringitt for one night and 916 for second night. Although the room had already been charged to a credit card booked on my behalf they tried to charge me a second time on my visa. The hotel also tried to charge me for 2 people each day for breakfast when I was by myself. They did alter the bill when this was pointed out. If there is a difference of charges for each day then this should be pointed out when making the initial reservation.

I took the half-board package that includes Buffet dinner and breakfast. I would like to compliment the dinner as it has massively improved and exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit. The staff on duty were very attentive and helpful. As for the room, it is spacious, cleans and comfortable.

I went there for my engagement celebration as well as anniversary with my fiance and i let the hotel know in advance and just asked for any simple gift or deco. All they did was send to me a quote and price for deco and cake etc. No special initiative or gift was given to us upon check in as well. I have not much issue with this as its just an additional special request but comparing with other 5* hotels, i would have gotten better initiative in service for our special day. The paint coating on slide at the swimming pool is old and peeling. May not be good for customers as it would scratch the body.

The staff service was outstanding. The level of professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness displayed by every member of was truly commendable. The room we stayed in was a haven of relaxation. The ambiance was soothing, and the attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was evident. The pool area was another highlight of our stay. Its size was impressive, and my kids had an absolute blast splashing around and having fun.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, my experience was quite positive. However, I feel compelled to bring a specific concern to your attention regarding the slippery floors in the bathroom, particularly around the toilet area.

My stay at Hilton was overall at expected level. The location was so good. The ambience of the entrance, Lobby, the rooms was so good. Service rendered was good. Well I was there with my children during this Christmas season and the decoration with live Piano music was so great and soothing.

The check-In was a wait but tolerable, should have deployed more assistance at the counter. Worst part the room was still not ready even after 3pm, when checked with receptionist, they expect us who travelled hours to the location to wait another 1hr for the room readiness. This is totally unacceptable for a high rated hotels. I had to call up to hotel customer service to complain on the delay and then immediately the room was ready to be accommodated, however I requested the room to be side by side and but it was not so. I had to adjust on this. We're there as a family and we had a wedding to attend in KL the next day.
