- nice and new building - very professional and polite staff - nice environment - gym and sauna - stable Internet connection - place to work/laptop

- 90pln for breakfast/person is way to much even for the buffet - for this money you can eat good and lot in main tourist destinations of Wrocław for 2! - network connection in hotel is 20 Mbps -I think that is way to less - to get to the hotel you have to get from the back, one of the worse idea - location is bad, without own car will be hard to get here with public transportation

new hotel, big room, comfortable bathroom. The schedule for breakfast is convenient, starting at 6 am. Breakfast excellent!

The hotel has good secure parking in their own territory, as well as indoor parking for up to 2m high. The hotel allows dogs which is nice but unfortunately is not fully dog friendly. For example in the restaurant can only sit near the entrance or at breakfast only in one far-away corner. (At first we were told no dogs at all, but then where are you supposed to leave the dog?). The breakfast is otherwise incredible (better than I've seen even in 5* hotels)- anything from your imagination- from English breakfast, to any kind of eggs, to noodles and kimchi. You can even select vegetables and make fresh juice. Staff also nice and professional. Hoping to come back.

We have stayed in this hotel now on multiple occasions and keep returning because it's simply incredible. The restaurant is great, both in person downstairs or as room service. Incredible quality of food. The same for breakfast - one of the best we have ever seen of hotel breakfast (you can even make whatever fresh juices from any fresh ingredients available there), there is a VERY large selection of cold and hot foods, anything you can imagine and more! Parking is available indoor (2m max.) and outdoor - private and secure, with CCTV. The hotel has a lovely sauna, with a view you can enjoy from inside or outside, good opening hours and staff very accommodating. Throughout the hotel the staff make you feel looked after, and especially at the front desk when we checked out. Just makes you want to come back again and again.

The prices have significantly increased since the past times we have stayed, however, this is now also across Poland overall, so whilst it's a bit disappointing, not too far off market.

There location is perfect for an overnight stay, just to travel forward in the morning, We had some extra time to vist the old town (definately worth a visit) and that meant taking the taxy (~15 - 20 min trip, but we used Bolt, so really reasonable prices; probably 8- 10 € one way). The breakfast was exeptional, the hotel overall clean and modern. The parking was really comfortable and easy, bonus points for the underground parking garage.

This is not something to not like, but just a heads up, that the entrance to the hotel is not from the main streat, but the one behind the hotel. Make sure your gps / nav system uderstands that, otherwise you'll circle the area twice. We knew this beforehand, but our taxi-drivers had trouble both of the times :))

Nice place to stay. A specially if it a stop (like in our case). But also as location for tourists. With a car you'll get into the center within 15 min. so it shouldn't be a problem. Very clean and high standard of the hotel. They have great breakfast and possibility to park in underground parking.

There was a electricity outage in the morning, which lead to problems with morning routines, and on breakfast buffet (coffe maching was out of service). Well it happens. At the end of the breakfast time electricity was back and we ware able to "wake up" ;). So not that bad.

the design, breakfast is excellent. I haven’t seen breakfast as good as here for a long time.

reception was rather slow but it seems they had some technical issues

Hotel was just our one night stop. We travelled with our 20 months old baby daughter. We need something out of the center of Wroclaw. I can say hotel is very nice and for reasonable price. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was really tasty with a lot of options. I miss some options for kids. Hovewer, it is obvious that hotel is bussiness not family oriented so that’s OK.

Our arrival was like we are in second class guest house. We come at the reception around 10 pm with sleepy baby. Girls at the reception checked something in their computer. They didn’t care about us. When we tried to start a conversation with them they just replied that we should wait. So we waited with our baby at 10 pm at the reception while girls takes their time for us. After few minutes (!) one girl gave us our room cards with no other information. We had to ask every single question when we wanted to know basic staff (are breakfast available? What is the cost? In what time are breakfast available?,…). This is unbelieveble for me in 4stars hotel and this was my first experience with this unprofessionalism in hotel of this category.

Great location, Good facilities and secure premises. Great staff and helpful, rooms was large and comfortable and clean. Bed was very large and comfy!

There was an Ambulance/ paramedic conference for the 2 x days we stayed, ambulances parked all around the hotel. Very noisy until the early hours, and parking even though we paid, we were asked to park outside the premises, which I had to complain about, Eventually I was allowed in the car park. I think the hotel should have made us aware of the conference prior to our stay.
