The Clan by Far Eastern Hospitality is an outstanding new entrant to the boutique luxury hotel category in Singapore. The interiors both within the hotel room and outside it are wonderfully stylish and on-brand for the "Hokkien clubhouse" theme it aspires to convey. Staff were universally helpful and friendly (particular shout-out to Ronnie the Tea Master and Ivan), breakfast tasty and check-in/check-out experience seamless. The pillows in my hotel room bedroom were phenomenal. I would recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone.

The building is a thin, 30 story structure with only four lifts located around a central core. Given the narrow plot on which the hotel was built this is understandable, but it does mean one at times would be waiting for a lift to come for quite some time, and once in it, the lift would stop frequently before reaching its destination. Unfortunately I don't think there is any feasible way for The Clan Hotel to fix this, short of using AI/lift programming to make their movements more efficient. But this is also complete nitpicking on my part!

We loved everything about the property - the location, the decor, the views, the showers and even the warm toilet seats! I did a lot of research before deciding on this hotel in Singapore for our 2 night stopover and I am very happy to say that I made the right choice. Thank You to The Clan for our special anniversary surprises and allowing us to store luggage and shower on the day of our departure. 10/10 for everything and hope to be back !

The hotel take a 800 SG Dollar deposit/hold on check in so something to be aware of. It was refunded the day we checked out so no issues

Hotel amenities were great - rooftop pool, modern bathroom with heated toilet seats, location was perfect, staff were really friendly and helpful.

A little pricey, but that's Singapore for you.

Great facility and location. The staff was ultra accommodating during our stay, including arranging connected rooms for us with little notice. Super location, easy in and out via cab, and very close to several eating areas - very easy to get almost anywhere. The rooftop pool and spa were perfect.

Great having the guest lounge and showers even after checking out. Nice touches like Nespresso and specialty teas in room.

Not a very hot shower. Very slow checkin. They take your money then charge you again as you leave have to wait 5-7 business days for original charge refund. Highly unusual

Wonderful staff, great services and amazning pool

The deluxe room is very small and you basically take showers in the toilet. I do not think it is worth the money or a 5 star hotel.

The location was excellent; I was able to walk everywhere. The room was spacious and very well equipped. The roof top pool a great place to relax for a couple hours. The staff absolutely lovely; friendly and helpful. I appreciated the packs of tea that were delivered to my room each evening. There was a great choice of breakfast. My only complaint would be that the drinks had to be ordered from the servers and the wait was long and the coffee often not very hot.

I would have liked a comfortable / armchair in my room in order to sit and watch tv instead of sitting on the bed.

Location is amazing Jacuzzi on the roof was perfect and also shower facilities

Fantastic location within walking distance of great places to eat ( Lau Pa Sat and Satay Street, Maxwell Hawker Centre) and other attractions. Great view. Hotel kindly gave us a piece of cake for our anniversary.

Was surprised to be charged $200 for an early check in. Most hotels I stay at offer these on a no cost.
