Extremely beautiful hotel and has an amazing lounge. The manager is very lovely and the dinner was amazing. The view was decent. The staff was extremely lovely.

Staff charged the card I booked with without telling me, or asking me, even though we paid with another card. This was solved and I was refunded. The taxis in the front of the hotel had a weird scheme going on. We would sometimes take taxis from the hotel and the hotel workers would whisper something to the drivers. Their prices would change even if location is the same, and then they would try to charge us extra for using credit cards. One even acted like his card machine didn’t work, and this ties to the hotel as the hotel worker whispered something to the driver. On top of that, the hotel cars are triple the price of local Dubai taxi. When we pay for a deluxe room, we do not expect the view to be of another building, either.

Great hotel for business trips.Comfortable and big rooms.Nice staff. This is our second stay and definetely a very good alternative for Dubai trips.

we had a fast check in, they offered complimentary open buffet dinner for our stay; dinner was tasty and good variety. hotel provides free parking the room is spacious and calm, excellent AC and WIFI

too crowded breakfast restaurant and the fist day we had breakfast in a closed hall, you don’t feel you are in 5 star hotel and your clothes will smell food all day. the breakfast needs to have more variety for 5 star hotel, food for special diets and allergies. 2 days of our 5 night stay the forgot to do our room till we are back in evening and when we call the answer is maybe your room privacy light was on which is not. usually in such hotels room service pass by in the evening, the do a touch up for the room, close blind, etc. today after breakfast we settled our room payment and we still have time before leaving the hotel to find that our wifi connection was discontinued, and when i call guest service he says you have to go down to reception to ask for reconciliation.

The rooms at the Hyatt Regency are really spacious, I had up to now 2 different ones and both were outstanding. I did not have breakfast at the hotel premises because I prefered the offerings of "Market 24" right at the entrance. Coffee, smoothies, sweets, egg dishes - everything is really delicious there. The location is right in the Healthcare City part of Dubai, max 15 minutes drive (if no traffic) from the airport. The Regency has the Eve Bar at the rooftop (34. floor) with a marvelous look of Dubai and a very good DJane (house music). Last but not least: The SPA - try it out, it's really worth it.

The parking lots - it's self parking (not a problem), but the speed-reducing bumpers on the floor are simply too high - they should be adjusted - the parking lots underneath the hotel tell you that the Regency was built few years back and lacked (back then) accurate planning if compared to the hotels recently built in Dubai

great location and lovely rooms, clean and spacious. We had a Club room, whilst the day access to the regency club was limited the evening drinks and food was excellent and exceeded our expectation. Pool was lovely, although due to buildings the sun in certain areas was limited.

no sports on the TV in room, given it was World Cup period during our stay it would have been nice to access. The games were being played on a TV in the bar downstairs, but would have like to watch one of the later games back in the room.

The food in the local restaurant is delicious, the location is good enough: with new amenities on the same side of the Dubai creek, and older city across the river if you'd like to explore it. The staff is nice, it's easy to communicate, and any inquiry is done quickly. The room has plenty of space and packed with everything needed. We also were able to find quite a good deal so I consider the value if not great, but at least good comparing to the other locations.

For some reason, the TV Casting was constantly disconnecting, but the option to connect your own Netflix or YouTube to the room multimedia is good anyway. Also, we had a delay in check-in due to some overnight update, which is a bit of a bummer when you're checking in lately and tired. Other than that, everything was impeccable.

Had a great time. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent ambience, very good restaurant and nice location. Buffet Breakfast and the lunch at the Intercontinental restaurant were very good, with a lot of options for vegetarians also.

Lovely room, very clean and staff very professional

My only concern is that we used the hotel's covid test facility (this is done by an external company) and our test results were very late (49hrs instead of 24h), other guests even had to change their flights because of the delay. The hotel tried to sort this out - but I believe they should have a special number to contact the testing agency to help their guests deal with this stressful situation of major delays in results coming through - I believe this needs to be addressed urgently

The hotel was located within the city with close proximity to most of the attractions. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. They had a rooftop lounge called ‘Eve’ which is definitely worth a visit for a drink and for the view. While checking in they require a deposit for the mini bar and if you do not need it say so and they will come to lock it.

The valet parking was a paid service. You can park the car yourself in the basement to avoid it.

Very friendly and helpful stuff Good executive lounge and evening canapes( more like small dinner buffet ) Gym was alright for compund excersises , machines are not good overall pretty ok for a Hotel Gym. We got a good price otherwise i could not recommend it.

Pool was a nightmare children were screaming jumping in the water throwing balls, whisteling when they wore a life jacket ... Lifeguards are more decoration as it seems.. Executive suite is just bigger than standart rooms, the view was nothing like the pictures ( when we arrived they told us burj view...) but on the 4th floor you cant even see over the hotel itself. Couch was full of stains, empty minibar , no decoration just as boring as it can get...
