The room was spacious and the beds quite comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was enjoyable and the food was very good. Overall, the stay was good.

The rooms were not as clean as they could have been. When you stay at a hotel and have to park outside, you should not have to pay for parking. This is a cheesy way to bilk customers out of a few more dollars.

Location was good . Most staff was good. The restaurant staff was excellent. Food and drinks were amazing.

The lady at check in was rude because we used booking .com instead of booking directly through the hotel. Didn't want to give me water because of it. Finally showed her I was a member of Marriott rewards member then she gave me some but said I wouldn't get any reward points which is bull crap because we paid good money to stay there.. Also on the second night there were kids everywhere and they were noisy next to us.

The only real drawback was the renovations going on which they did not tell us that before hand, so the pool was closed and the Atrium so there was no breakfast available. The ice machine on our floor was not working…not a huge deal but thought I would mention that.

Staff was very nice. Overall felt safe, and was very convenient to walk to the falls. It was amazing to watch fireworks over the gorge and just walk a few minutes back to the hotel along the rapids with no traffic issues.

Pillows were a little too droopy, your head sank right through them. There were some spots on the AC/heat, looked like coffee or syrup drips. The track along the bottom of the shower was pretty gross, could either use new caulk or a good cleaning. I expected spotless for what hotels cost now, but I also realize cleaning crews are probably short staffed like everyone else. There was only one cup for coffee, and since rooms aren't cleaned daily, it wasn't replaced. Overall a really nice experience, these were very minor issues.

1at time to Niagara...The local and hotel was very nice, staff was good. There were a few messy locations...but mostly due to guests being sloppy...blood on elevator Floor from overnight was cleaned up eventually in the AM..mid day...finger printed elevator and full trash bin...for several days at elevator entrance...we stayed 2 nites ..Overall it was a great stay .staff very helpful and a good time! Cookies...lol

Wanted to order off menu..we arrived at 7 pm..very tired and hungry.. 2 of my choices .were NOT available....I am a vegetarian and wanted the impossible burger or portabello... could not get either...are a 15$ salad out of a box...that was meager...went to bed hungry..but the staff was very pleasant about it all!

I loved that the walking path to Niagara Falls was just outside the back door and that they had a 4 star restaurant in the hotel. We had bee on the road for many days and it felt good to leave the car behind for our stay. Buffet breakfast was high quality. And...the exceptional cookies at the front desk were a huge bonus😁

The location is great - it's close to the Falls and restaurants. The room was great and the bed was probably the most comfortable thing in the world. The room was clean and not over-cluttered with unnecessary items. The staff was friendly. The spa area was nice to chill at after being out in the cold, but the jacuzzi seemed a bit dirty (see section below for more detail). The room had a good heating system and the shower was really hot (in a good way). The view from my room was great (river view). The room had massive windows overlooking the river, and the curtain were blackout curtains, so even when I took a nap in the middle of the day, it was super dark. Just a tip (from someone who has never experienced such a cold Winter) - If you're going there in the Winter, it's no use to book a room with a balcony. It's too cold to use it. Rather save some money by booking a normal room.

The jacuzzi was a bit dirty - when the bubbles came up you could see the dirt bubbling up. Also I was charged for parking, and that wasn't made very clear from the beginning (I might have missed it when I made my booking, so it could be my own fault, but it still wasn't very great to see a charge of $15 per day when my stay was completed). There was only a very small coffee machine, but as someone who doesn't drink coffee, it didn't have any use for me. A small kettle would've been great so that I could make tea or hot chocolate.

We were very pleased with everything. On our first day, kids were playing in the hall, and it appeared they had an ice fight lol. They were loud, but after coming from a food run, the same group was in the lobby playing. The staff redirected them. I made a statement saying thank you and I hope their energy wears off before bedtime. The staff asked what floor I'm on and moved us several floors. I was grateful and ended up with a bigger room. I have no complaints food was great, the place was clean and the staff was wonderful. Also, I'm a parent and I have boys as well, who play a rough sport as well lol But we were grateful and a nice getaway. Also, the cookies are great!

The restaurant needs to stay open a bit longer and complement some toothpaste, as I forgot to pack mine lol

Room was fine although our room was cleaned each day but my family's room was not. Considering the price of the room during season, customers should not have to request their room be cleaned. The toiletries were a nice addition and I loved the remodeled bathrooms with walk-in showers. Towels were good quality and lighting was good.

The service in the hotel restaurant was not satisfactory. We waited over 45 min for breakfast; waitresses were scarce and not very friendly.

With a river view room It was great, but If the room doesn’t have river view it’s not worth the cost.

The facility was strangely dark, as if half the lights were off. The bed frame was much larger than mattress, we hit our legs many times. No microwave, even motels have microwaves, and the fact that we had to pay $15 for Parking. If you’re not getting a river view room this is definitely the worst priced hotel in the immediate area.
