The staff was so approachable and could do all possible things to make us comfortable. Had a comfiest stay at Novotel Al Barsha. Excellent housekeeping by MUJIBUR. Thank you keep up the good work 👍🏻

Location, many elevators, parking, upgrade to apartment. Prompt response to most of requests from reception. Nice view.

Late in check-in. Did not know that there was only 2 two bedroom in each floor so our request was not easy to accommodate ( this was not mentioned after booking and request). Housekeeping in general was ok but only I one day we had a slow team, working in all bedrooms at once so we all had to be in the living room and did not change everything but only when asked and not everything. We decided not to complain at the time. Glass was not clean was not able to totally enjoy view.

I loved the people especially the lovely ladies in reception and the security who were more than happy to help and very friendly. They took great care of me as I was travelling alone. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helped with my allergy to dairy issues. The people in this hotel are the sweetest and most friendly people I have ever met in a hotel and I have travelled a lot. It is a great atmosphere in this hotel. You feel very much welcomed and lived. I will definitely return but this time with my husband and daughter as the hospitality is the best and now I'm a member.

Nothing to dislike

We were staying at your hotel for the second time. Last year we had 2 bedroom apartment, this year we one with 3 bedrooms. We love the location and views from the top. Your staff is always very friendly & helpful. At the check in desk we asked for a possibility to be on the top floors facing the front. Ms Evangeline tried her best and arranged for us to see several options. We were most happy to stay in the apartment 3900! Thanks to her the holidays were great for all of us! We will be definably coming next year again for the third time!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful special mention to Ms. ANNA NGUYEN thank you for your great services, warm welcome and arranging our complimentary cake for my son birthday surprise cake also to MR. VIKASH or VIVESH (person in the restaurant verifying the room number for our breakfast) for the offering and serving us of your smooth coffee it really taste good. I has no request for assistance was a problem to all the staff in general. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. Very decent for a short city break. Clean tidy comfortable good rooms and location somewhat reasonable prices actual homemade breakfast overall its a very nice place I love it and I would recommend it to friends and family

Staff need to learn to smile more and not to keep poker faces truth be told only one in the reception was extremely helpful and genuinely nice I wasn’t really happy of the smell in the 25th floor smelled like humidity Also wasn’t happy because reception doesn’t always answer they’re extension and when they did they were actually late to deliver and all I asked for was water

Eva the front desk staff and the room service are too good when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I booked a room for 4 , 2 adults and 2 kids but the bed was only one and one sofa bed was provided which can accommodate only for 3 people . When I asked about the same to front desk manager Kareem he is not ready to understand the customer requirements but keep repeating the room is for 4 people but bed is only for only 3 people I don't know where the 4th person should sleep when he mean that . He is very rude to the customers however Eva the front desk staff understood our requirements and immediately arranged for the extra bed.

The room was lovely, as perfect as Novotel room should be .Generally staff was helpfull

food was really pathetic .It was clear that todays leftovers were reinvented again and again for next 3 days and served on your palate ,if you take a buffet. Unfortunately i took dinner buffet inclusive .day 1 potato, day 2 dry potato and green peas ,day 3 curry potato and green peas. day 1 cheese macaroni ,day 2 leftover macaroni goes in rice. There were many such examples. Was really sad to see. I have stayed in Novotel all over the world ,But this was special experience . also when i made booking payment amount was different the moment i paid a non refundable amount i was charged about 10000 extra in INR, I wrote to them but no reply came.

Hotel is nex to Mashreq metro station, which is between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina. There are always taxis in front of the Hotel, going to Marina is about 35-50 AED and to Downtown, Business Bay is about 50-70 AED. You can also book a Careem or Uber, or compare prices. I booked half board and the food was so good, I stayed 3 weeks and food never got boring, there were so many choices. The gym is very well equipped and also the SPA has Sauna and steaming room. I like the fact that the Hotel is trying to be sustainable with Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower gel and Body Lotion on the wall rather than single-use plastic bottles. Also the quality of those products was I would say a 7 out of 10. The water they provide to the room is I assume filtered tap water, sometimes it tasted really bad, then better again, guess depending on the age of the filter.

Pool is always in the shade, and because of the highway next to the Hotel there is a lot of smog, I could never sun bath there. It's more of a Hotel for business trips rather than for vacations. There is a letter to put on the bed if the client wants the bed sheets changes, house keeper should only change the bed sheets if the letter is on the bed, sometimes I stayed in the room while cleaning and the cleaner just change the bed sheets although the letter was not on the bed, as I didn't feel the need o changing the bed sheets. I do care a lot about our planet and environment washing thousands of bed sheets every unnecessary is just a waste of recourses. Same with towels they got changed every day even if I hang them on the shower or hanger on the door.

everything great. we got upgraded to a wonderful larger room, courtesy the kindness of the hotel. It was beautiful!

minor comments, a little more focus on cleanliness and room equipment. We had to request for a kettle and water. it wasnt placed in the room. These are basic things that need to be stocked in the room for the guests. The bathtub wasnt clean , it had some weird stains, not appropriate for this hotel standards. But nevertheless its a great place to stay. im sure this was a one off thing. i loved this place.
