Very very clean and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful

We didn’t like that you can hear the people above you. Apparently there was a little kid above us and it sounded like he was coming through the floor. We don’t know if he was jumping on and off the bed or what so we called down to the office and the lady called them and they stopped right away. This was at 10:30 at night Then the next morning even before 7 o’clock the same thing with the little kid we called down to the lady at the front desk she called them and it stopped right away. That’s the only complaint that we have about this hotel is you can hear everything

Front desk was great, helped me find my lost reservation!! I wish I remembered her name but even before she called me back up to front desk, they had me sit in lobby, offered me coffee and a different room so I could figure it out. As I was sitting there, this young lady called me back up to the desk and said let's figure this out. She tried some different ways and finally she found me.

Room, shower had hair stuck on walls and floor, I was obviously able to use the shower to raise it all down the drain and it took me 30 sec to do. It would have taken someone there 30 sec also and I wouldn't have been grossed out and felt like the rest of the room wasn't clean then.

I liked the location of the hotel as it was close to most restaurants and mall. I also liked the comfortable beds in the rooms- my family and I slept very well.

I didn’t like the fact there wasn’t an offer for a continental breakfast at best. It would have been nice to be able enjoy a meal in the hotel and not have to drive to find breakfast in the mornings. I also wished the pool was a little bigger.

Feeling welcomed to bring our pet, clean room and facility, free breakfast

The party staying above us was VERY loud, though certainly not a fault of the hotel's. Also not sure how this could be managed differently (if at all), but the pool was extremely crowded almost every time our kids poked their heads in to use it. Also, kids who were using the pool were leaving puddles of water in the lounge area including by the foosball tables.

The facility was clean, staff courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and the food hot and tasty. The location was convenient and allowed me to visit several places which were nearby. Plenty of food, shopping, ad cultural centers nearby.

LOL, that I couldn't stay longer. Just an overnight stay. I enjoyed my short stay.

We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel.

The people staying above us had children and because the hotel had no carpet in rooms, the children ran across the floor most of the night and early morning. We called front desk and they addressed the matter. They also reduce the room rate. Only charged 109. For the night. So we expect to receive $40 refund to credit card.

Very family oriented!

The rooms aren’t the most spacious so with a family of 7 with two rooms, in order for us to “hang out” together for cards or games, we were pretty smooshed in one room. There is the big open area in the foyer, but our family enjoys privacy as well. Just wished the rooms were a little larger with atleast 2 chairs.

Decor, staff, breakfast looked great but too crowded didn't eat there -covid concerns. They adjusted our price and saved us $60 when I noticed the price was lower 2 days before. Great customer service.

This location wasn't as clean as other Tru's. The room floor had dust n dirt around edges. Bathroom had orange stains around shower door n edges. Wallpaper seam was lifting. Brown flooring in bathroom wasn't clean our socks were dirty. Too many people at breakfast should have a to go box option with covid.

Loved that the room did not have carpet!!! The room was very clean and loved the double shades to keep the sun out. Loved the tubes of soaps as well. The front desk staff were terrific; very polite and knowledgeable.

The noise from the main road was very loud. Would ask for a room on the other side of the building next time.

would be nice to have a microwave in the room with the fridge that is there......outlets also could use some changing out as the hair dryer would not stay in and some things would not work in outlets......also, being handicapped a mirror by a table that is low to see into as you sit to do hair, makeup etc would be much better than trying to use the full length one which has poor lighting over it......
