Great Staff, Clean Facilities, Comfortable Bed (not the normal hotel room bed, pillow top mattress, sleeps great.) Customer service is the best around going above and beyond to meet your needs.

My business hours were third shift. Makes normal check-in and out times difficult for my situation. The staff and General Manager accommodated when possible ensuring my business in the future.

The juice machine in breakfast area. I think the lines need cleaned out. The coffee in the room was good. But, the coffee in breakfast area. Well, it's very, very strong.

I reallh liked the breakfast options they provided you don't leave the place hungry and for the price of the room i thought i got a decent value

The carpet on the swimming pool area rooms could be replaced.. but room was very clean and facilities were good

The staff was friendly, kind and accomodating. The breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles/pancakes, juices and coffee, etc. The swimming pool and whirlpool was relaxing for the whole family. The beds and pillows were comfy. The bed linens and towels, etc were clean with complimentary shampoo, etc. The grandkids hope we can stay again.

The room needed febreeze and airing out. The carpet may need cleaning. Still a pleasant stay.

Clean, courteous staff, good value.

Single interconnecting door between units provided no sound-proofing. We could hear everything from next door. Short model toilet was so close to the floor one family member couldn't get up!

They gave me a later check out because I had arrived at about 5am. It was a great deal and the hotel was really nice. The room was comfortable and the balcony was a great touch. All in all a really great experience and ill definitely be staying again when I come back to Bloomington

The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Katia and Cindy were especially helpful to me which I really appreciated because I was a senior citizen traveling alone from New York who experienced car trouble. They even ran off some maps for me to get around the city when I was lost. The room was clean with a cute balcony and nice view. Breakfast was a bonus. The shower was so big, I could have washed my car in it. Will highly recommend staying here. Will stay here next time. Price was a bonus.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. This was a wonderful place to stay.

The staff were amazing, and the big spa tub was so nice to soak in. The breakfast food was delicious. Overall though, it was definitely better than I expected for the price.

The beds weren't very comfortable and the rooms need a lot of updating. The tub looked dirty (cracked enamel, stains, calcified drain/plug).

We liked the proximity to the campus. The price was right and the place was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast needed to have eggs and meat.

I was actually blown away by how kind and understanding the evening guest services check in employee was, and wish I had her name. I had had an incredibly stressful day filled with 7 hours of driving including working in our new food trailer for 4 hours, and the next day I was going to help my daughter's girlfriend move out of 1 apartment with verbally abusive landlords into a new apartment, both with stairs! It was going to be another exhaustive day. The desk clerk let me unload on her and was incredibly supportive and said "Let's get you into your room for a great night's sleep." Additionally, I believe an older gentleman who was a maintenance man in the morning also struck up a conversation with me when I asked about an ATM for getting tip money, and literally took the time just to chat. I felt like they were both there to make my experience the best it could be. The room was comfortable, the bed awesome and everything perfectly clean. THANK YOU! I will ALWAYS choose to stay at Quality Inn Bloomington from now on! Diane Gardin

An ATM machine! I feel SO bad that I didn't have cash to give both of them a tip, in addition to the housekeeping. If I were given their names, I would send money to them still by mail. :)
