Room was clean, too early for breakfast, left at 5:25 am

On reaching the hotel at about 6:20 PM on 1/5/23, we asked the staff person to check us in. She had ear plugs in the ears and was talking on the phone and would not even look at us. My wife told her that you are supposed to take care of the customers first. She just looked at us and said I am not on the phone, but she was. After checking us in she threw the room keys at me, and when I told her is this the way to treat customers, she did not care. Besides providing us good hotel and room, wonder if Booking.com considers staff and their behaviour.

Friendly and good amenities. Pens and note paper on every desktops, and the desk is huge for everything. Waste basket with bags. Plenty of towels. Comfortable bed. Have both writing chair and a sofa, with bright light for reading. There is nothing around the hotel, but 0.3mi away there is a shared working space with a food court (the AMP Indy at 16 Tech). With the new bridge they planned to build (finish in 2024), it would be more convenient to reach downtown.

AC was noisy for the first night.

I was impressed with the layout of the room for accessibility. The bathroom was not right inside the door, which can be challenging to navigate around or into in a wheelchair. The bathroom was near the outer wall and was easily accessible for our son who uses a wheelchair. It was so convenient.

There were a couple of loose tiles in the bathroom. It could potentially be a hazard for someone with difficult mobility. It wasn't bad yet, but could become worse.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It has plenty of parking & is very private away from the street.. it has a large open lobby & a large area where breakfast is served. The rooms are spacious & very nice with comfortable beds. My daughter's & I enjoyed the pool & had it to ourselves. I loved that it is very close to downtown with great places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

The location isn't that great. It is in a very industrial area, but close to downtown.

There were some men hanging out by the front door and I was worried about my own and my vehicle safety.

The room was comfortable to sleep in. Breakfast was good, had a wide variety of items available, was stocked frequently and was available for a longer timeframe than most other hotel's breakfast hours.

The desk chair wasn't comfortable for me to sit in. The lobby smelled highly of chlorine. Other guests (?) left trash in the parking lot (bottles, some of which were broken, aluminum cans and other random items).

Staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. My flight was in the evening, so they offered extended my checkout time and keep my bags behind the counter while I spent the afternoon in downtown Indy. Desk staff and cleaning staff were also just generally pleasant people. Considering the neighborhood it is in, this far exceeded my expectations for service and cleanliness.

Continental breakfast was just a standard hotel breakfast, although options were still a bit limited. No eggs and bacon, just frozen Jimmy Dean's sandwiches. Waffle maker worked fine though.

The breakfast was really good. We stayed 3 nights and my grandson was able to get something different every day. The staff was friendly to my grandson (5) which made this more enjoyable. The pool was nice, but needed sweeping around the edges. The staff was very nice but not that knowledgeable on how to get to restaurants or activities (Children's Museum, Zoo, etc). Would definitely consider staying here again.

Walking into the facility you are immediately greeted. Front desk attendant was very professional and friendly during check-in and informed me of all facilities. The room was excellent, clean with no problems on the lights, remote for TV, heating of room. The bathroom was clean. The continental breakfast was nice, the staff kept the area clean as the guest prepared their meals of coffee, juice, cereal or waffles along with pastries and fresh fruit. Yes I recommend staying on this property.

Everything is terrific!

The beds were very comfortable and so was the chair in the room. I liked the small coffee pot and the coffee provided. The continental breakfast included wasn't bad, pretty standard hotel food - waffles, muffins, bagels, cereal, etc. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice although small. The staff were nice.

Our room smelled VERY strongly of marijuana, enough to give you a headache. We had to get it sprayed.
