- convenient location next to Nurzhol Boulevard - quite spacious double room; console table and a computer chair make a nice work station - comfy beds with 2 types of pillows - good breakfast - helpful staff - quite expedient room service

- dusting might have been done more thoroughly - hangers in the bathroom are practically not functional (poor design choice) - encountered a problem with water pressure: it took about 40 min to fill the bathtub; seems like a systemic problem (reception staff was ready to send us a technician at anytime, but we didn’t have time for that, so, I haven’t found out the reason of the problem) - the TV has only cable channels, no Smart TV - once had a dinner at the hotel’s restaurant - the food was decent, but serving time was pretty long for such a vacant place

The reception staff were very helpful at explaining to me the different options for early check-in, just about an hour difference saved me from paying 100% of a daily rate on top instead of 50%. The bed was really comfy and I was lucky to have a shower cabin - it wasn't perfect but better than a bathtub that other rooms have.

If you're unlucky to have neighbours in the room next to you, you will hear them flushing their toilet and showering. Breakfast is too expensive for what you get - bland generic buffet. Unless you are short on time, given the location, better go out to the nearby coffee shops/cafe - similar price for better food.

amazing location! in the centre of the capital, exactly what I was looking for. free parking space for the hotel’s guests, just right outside of the entrance. comfortable room, with everything I need (shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, iron, iron board - the last two are not common for the hotels, it was important for me as I had a business meeting the next day) air conditioner, mini-fridge, modern style. I am just glad that I choose that particular place.

restaurant prices bite a bit, however it’s ok, since the hotel is located at the very centre. You can find local mini markets as well as restaurants nearby, with reasonable prices.

The room was a good size, comfy bed, fabulous new shower, lovely breakfast.

The aircon only went to 24c in the room, which made the room very hot and stuffy. We did open the window but it was still a little warm. The chef cooked the medium/rare steak to rare, which was also cold. When asked it was re-done.

Staff - all smiley and open, Borš in lobby quit good!

Even all services in good level then comparing with present situation on market - price level uncompetitive. If price level stays then next time should choose some alternative

The room is very clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The front staff service is excellent, with very good English.

The breakfast buffet is a bit disappointing, considering the price and the food variety and quality.

We stayed just 3 nights but we enjoyed it. The hotel was in walkable distance to our office and main highlights on this bank of the river, including the shopping mall and sightseeing tower. We enjoyed the breakfasts, they were really with variety of different foods.

We forgot to ask the front desk for room cleaning, it was not automatic every day. But it did not bothered us, just a comment to something we found unusual from the other accommodation on tour Kazakh trip.

The location was perfect.

The breakfast was ok but they could pay more attention to provide fresh food and refill the fruit, vegetables bowls.

Breakfast - eggs was on 5 different forms!😀

Local culture influent service quality - most important things are computer systems and procedures - whatever if these contrdict client needs and wishes

The hotel is quite new. Cosy room. I liked smell of toiletries. Location is central and was very convenient for my objectives.
