Nice big rooms on high floors. Location is perfect in Arabella to go around Bogenhasuen and city as well via metro. Good infrastructure

The hotel stuff is made only 2 of people at the counter and its always full at the reception. For any small thing you need to queue and wait, really not helpful. Then it's impossible to reach the reception via room service and for any request you need to go downstairs in the lobby as nobody comes to your room, a lot to improve!!!

The facilities were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the pool. Our room was on the 18th floor with a great view of Munich. The hotel breakfast was delicious.

The elevators take forever, and are so small even though there are several to choose from. You can press the button to go down and it will send you all the way to the top floor… also the tap water was boiling hot, my wife went to wash her hands with warm water and got a 3rd degree burn on her finger. Luckily it was just her finger that touched the water before she immediately pulled it away due to the heat. We did inform the front desk and they immediately fixed the issue which we were thankful for.

Thanks to a canceled flight with Lufthansa who left hundreds stranded without hotel vouchers I booked at room at Four Points. All the airport hotels were fully booked. I used the Booking.com map function and picked Four Points feeling confident in the level of stay without having to go all the way into downtown Munich. I arrived around midnight by taxi. One of the floor managers lent me her charging device as I was out of juice on my phone and computer due to the ordeal at Munich Airport. I was tired, frustrated, cold and completely unwilling to sleep at the airport. It was nice to arrive at such a clean and organized hotel. A rescue from a day of utter chaos with Lufthansa after flying in from San Francisco. Kind and helpful staff. Very clean room with comfortable bed. I made coffee in the room and was able to get a small sparkling wine from the easy to use vending machine in lobby. You can't expect a restaurant at midnight. All were helpful and booked my taxi for 7am the next morning where I returned to MUC and more chaos.

The location of the hotel is good, approximately 400 meters from the U Bahn and tram. The spa facilities are impressive, with stunning views across the city. Accommodation on the upper floors also provides stunning views and a peaceful visit.

The spa facilities were undergoing annual maintenance, and this was not conveyed at point of booking, even though the works are planned on an annual basis. An offer to use sister facilities was provided, but did not meet the needs of disabled guests.

The room was bigger then expected, clean and there was lots of room to store your luggage and unpack your suitcase if wanted. The breakfast was stocked with everything from the essentials for an english breakfast, to sweet jams, fresh fruits, etc. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. The location was okay with a supermarket nearby, and Munichs city centre is within a 20minutes e-scooter ride reach.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and polite. The Marriott group ensured we received the quality that we booked, moving us to their sister hotel due to maintenance works on their leisure facilities.

The detailed cleanliness within the room could have been better. One of the sinks had a faulty plug, but it was repaired within the hour. The shaving mirror bulb did not work.

Nice spa, but it needs a bit more massage options and range and maybe one jacuzzi but all in all was a nice hotel The location is not perfect but it’s close to center. The room and hallway need some renovation.

It was the birthday of my best friend which I mentioned in the reservation. They surpassed my expectations. It was the most beautiful surprise ever. We had Ballons all over the room, more decorations. They said that they would do a “small” cake but it was definitely a five star birthday cake, with strawberries cut in the shape of flowers. We were absolutely speechless. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, I saw that they were just as excited for the birthday surprise as I was and is absolutely worked out!!! I would definitely come back again, I wish that I could just live there everyday!!! See you soon!!! Marianne

The pool closed at 9pm, I wish it could be open longer especially on the weekend!

The staff were helpful, the breakfast was fresh and had a variety of options, the swimming pool was accessible, the rooms were tidy and comfy.

The location was great. The view was amazing. The staff were friendly. The air conditioning.

The pillows are a bit too soft and the balcony was dusty. The swimming pool is only 1.35m deep but good for the kids
