location is good , modern lobby , very good staff and friendly , the breakfast was very nice , best choices for family , house keeping vey good

no valet parking you have to park by your self and pay daily 30€ , quality of the room they need to take care of , room service unfortunately close late night and not many food choices

I am on a diet. I wanted my traditional American food: oat meal. It wasn't there. There was a mess with the information between the restaurant and the front desk. First, I stayed in my room by myself. Then my relative came. Nobody could clearly explained how to pay for the second person's breakfast.

We liked the spa and the swimming pool though the steam room and the sauna could be hotter. The pillows in the beds are not good. The refrigerator is leaking.

Bathroom too small. Barman very rude when we asked for tap water to take tp our room. Extremely expensive breakfast 32 euro per person. Also we stayed a couple of years ago and the room had slippers and robes. Unfortunately not anymore....it would be great to be able to wear them down to the spa.

It has been great experience with support of amazing staff. As we had long flight and we arrived on the morning, staff helped us to check in early before 12 PM. Facilities and location is near by train station which you can access to all places in Munich. Definitely, Westin will be my first choice whenever I come to Munich

Staff at the hotel were efficient, helpful and very friendly. There was a good selection for breakfast and it is handy ton have the small biergarten/ restaurant onsite. The swimming pool is excellent for families. Transport into the city from the hotel was easy.

Rooms/ bathroom was little small and in need of a makeover.

near to tram station n good indian restaurant namaste. good n well maintained pool , sauna n steam . friendly staff , Natalie in the green room n concierge excellent. bathrooms n bedrooms well maintained and clean

Staff are perfect and very very polite. especially the lady which is chief of breakfast section. many thanks from her. Reception guys very good and polite also the guys which is in entrance help us very good and guide us for visiting the city easier.

room size for family

This is definitely up to the standard of a 5 star Hotel. Very rich breakfast, luxurious lobby and reception area and a valet parking too. The rooms were very spacious and the bathroom had a luxurious finish to it. Beautiful views of Munich from the top too. Staff were extremely friendly. Would definitely 100% recommend this hotel. The photo attached are of the sunset view on the top from the lounge.

There wasn't much I didn't like. Everything was great.

The top floor with access to food and drinks is excellent. Muhammad is a great Host. Definitely not to miss.

Could have been given a room with a view when asked. Rather was cleverly (but not wisely) told that I am on the quiet side... where the view is not as pleasant! Could not find proper blinds system so at sunrise the room is very lit up... so not the best if you want to have a good sleep.
