We really liked the location, next to a wonderful garden, very close to restaurants and shops and a 10-minute walk from the old town of Chania. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, varied and tasty. The hotel has a very sweet dog that always greeted us, we miss her!

I woke up every day to the noise of cleaning staff in the hallway, around 7am. I think they should be more cautious in this regard. The electricity plug and bedside light were out of order and were not repaired during our stay (1 week). They were greatly missed... We were only able to park in the garage once on the day we arrived. It was always crowded when we arrived (in the late afternoon, before dinner). We went in June, it wasn't high season yet but there was still no space, the garage is quite small. We always got a place close by but we still had to do a few laps. In short, the balance was very positive, especially due to the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and location of the hotel.

Breakfast was great, location good, interior of hotel excellent & our large room was absolutely gorgeous.

Only few items found frustrating, but still rate this hotel very high: Their numerous entrance steps, but they do have an elevator that goes to their underground garage so you can unload your luggage & take it up in the elevator; having an underground garage in an older building is unique but unfortunately, it is also very small, only small cars & limited number of cars can park there. Although your stay includes breakfast the hotel does not have a regular restaurant so for lunch and dinner you will need to find a restaurant outside the hotel & very limited options nearby, you will need a car if you're not able to walk easily at least 15-20 minutes each way & at night.

Modern yet not bland décor. View on the park behind the hotel, parking, hotel cleanliness and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast choice. The rooms and hotel have everything you may need. Bonus was 'Frosso' the dog, it's so lovely to have a hotel that has a resident pet, yet well managed, not in general areas, but sometimes behind reception during quiet times. Really lovely! Very handy walking distance to old town, yet not in it so driving and parking are easy.

Be aware that the hotel underground parking is on first come first served basis. and more importantly the entrance is very very tight, so check out first and be sure of your driving/parking skills. The alternative is free on-street parking, but you may have to search a little.

Beautiful hotel with extra friendly and helpfull staff both at the reception desk and at the restaurant, great food, and excellent location.

Limited parking space was a bit of a surprise given the hotel description on Booking.com.

The hotel is perfect with its breakfasts, rooms and free parking provided for guests. It is located near the pretty garden far from noisy Chania downtown. Exactly what we needed during our stay.

All employees were very nice and helpful. The Hotel is very pretty and well decorated. The rooms are spacious enough and the balcony is very handy to dry beach clothes and towels

It would be amazing if there was a pool cause the city gets really hot in Summer. There's also a very nice terrace on the third floor that's completely unused and it could be turned into a very nice common area.

Very good breakfast with fresh (!) orange juice, parking in the hotel was definitive an advantage as it is quite a busy area, easy walking distance into old town, to have a balcony was very nice, I liked the overall design of the hotel quite much, however rooms could get some modern re-touch

Compared to other hotels across Crete, the hotel was the most pricy one and it is a bit of a typical noisy downtown area, if one is sensitive

Friendly staff; nice breakfast; overall cleanliness; good showers; comfortable beds. Near the market - good location to catch the bus for daytrips from Chania.

No outdoor area to relax, just the outdoor dining area with chairs and tables, no sunloungers. No swimming pool. A bit of a walk from the old town. Next door to the Municipal Gardens but these are being renovated and were not accessible. Near the market but that too was closed and under major renovation.

Loved the location; loved the size and loved the cleanliness. It was easy to park and get around the town of Chania. We did a ton thanks to the location.

Breakfast options were ok but after 5 days we were hoping for some variety. Staff is good but they prefer to leave you alone than try to be overly attentive. AC in the room could be more consistent

Blue Light above the room door and red light from the white box on the wall next to the room door were too bright during nights. In the morning if neighbours smoking in their balcony the cigaret's smoke comes into our room.
