Room and shower were nice, location was perfect near restaurants, pubs, bus stops and shops. I appreciated the fresh fruit for breakfast and a nice selection of teas and coffee. I appreciated the help and info I got from the reception staff regarding closure of most restaurants and shops over Christmas so I was able to book something on time.

Breakfast is very limited for those of us who can't eat meat or dairy so unless you eat fruit, porridge or hash browns plus bread/croissants there is not much you can have from what it available, and the menu is the same every single day which is very boring when you stay more than 3 days.

Room was oke and breakfast also , the location is very good shower is excellent easy to reach with public transport

Well although we liked the stay very much, there was a strange situation during booking . There was a choice between two options 1 Prepayment for 386,00 euro no cancelation possible 2 payment at the desk during check in for 485,00 euro we decided to go for option 1 and save roughly 100 euro payment could be done by visa, i have tried 5 times to fix this but got constantly the message " server out of order" finally we decide to book option 2. By mail i reported this issue and got feed back that this could be settled during check in. Now while checking in the 9th the desk employee claimed that this was a matter between Booking .com and me and that he was not be able to change this. His advise was contact Booking.

Location, cleanliness, the fact that the door was locked after a certain hour and you needed your key to access. Breakfast staff was also amazing.

I had a problem w my safe it kept saying low battery and the front desk agent told me no one could look it it until after I checked out (this was the day I checked in) and advised me to walk around Dublin City with my passport on me. The other front desk agent overheard this and just said to him call maintenance and it’s a quick fix. The lovely maintenance man came immediately and took care of it. Just very uncomfortable that I was initially told that.

Quick check in .. Great facilities, very clean and a good location. Staff were very efficient when there was an issue with noise. This was sorted very quickly the next morning. Breakfast was very good, a great selection, on offer. We had no problem finding a table. It was great being able to leave our luggage before checking in and after checking out before travelling home.

Our only problem was the annoying noise from a nightclub close by, which went on to 2.30 am. Even though the hotel does have treble windows, this was still very loud. This was handled and sorted the next day. We got moved to a higher level and slept well.

This was our first time staying at the Holiday Inn Express but definitely it will not be our last. As soon as we came through the door, I sensed a warm, friendly atmosphere. The check in was both efficient and very pleasant, this applied to those around me checking in also. Even passing staff in the lifts or corridors they smiled and said "Hi". This is sadly not available in most hotels. The Room was exceptional, modern, bright and cheerful and a very acceptable size. The beds and pillows were fantastic and ensured a restful sleep. Breakfast was excellent and again the staff were pleasant and very helpful. I would highly recommend the hotel and it's perfect location in the City centre. Bravo!

The staff in the hotel were so nice and helpful. Hotel was centrally located and beautiful. Everywhere clean and furnished beautifully. Full marks to all the staff in the hotel.

I am Coeliac and i found the gf options very limited. There was porridge that was ticked in the allergen folder as gf but upon inspection it actually wasn't. I informed the breakfast staff whom said they would tell the manager. I thought there really should be eg Gluten Free Cornflakes or Porridge which are easily sourced. And also bread and separate toaster. I had some yogurt and fruit. Not enough for to start a full days shopping in the Capital. This was the only Negative i had with an otherwise perfect stay in a beautiful hotel.

Wonderful staff who helped with any queries we had from finding the correct bus stops for us online to using facilities and luggage hold so we didn't have to carry it all around on our last day. Breakfast staff were also very helpful and welcoming. Nothing was ever empty at the breakfast bar and everything was very clean. Ten minutes ish walk into Temple Bar, lots of shops just outside and public transport easily caught from right outside the hotel to and from the airport. Room larger than we expected, also spotless.

TV seemed to be half hour out of sync but only a minor issue.

The hotel position was absolutely great. Literally in the centre of Dublin and super connected. Very abundant breakfast with plenty of choices and very good quality (especially the yoghurt and the croissants). The room was cleaned every day professionally. Staff including the manager very accommodating and kind.

Even if I was with my partner, we got placed in a room with two separate beds. This might be due to the room assigned upon arrival. We just merged them easily, but, I am sure that speaking with the receptionist would have turned in a room change.

The location was perfect. We were right by pubs with Irish music, the hop on and off buses and great restaurants. We were within walking distance of many of the sites we wanted to see and experience. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs. The room was very clean and pleasant to be in. The breakfast each morning was very good and met all of the basic food groups to start out our day. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone.

There was nothing that we didn’t like about this Holiday Inn Express.

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Noise from the street was loud at night but it was fine when you closed your windows (double layer to help with the noise) which we only noticed on the third night (our fault). I would recommend a stay at this hotel and would stay there again.

We reserved a taxi through the hotel for an early flight. Taxi was supposed to come at 4:15 am. Staff tried to contact the company several times. Taxi showed it had completed the ride - obviously did not, as we were waiting in the lobby. He came just before 5 am. We missed our flight :( We used the hotels taxi reservation service on two previous occasions and had no issues, so we felt confident using them for our flight. The staff was helpful and really tried, but to no avail.
