Lovely hotel. Nice size rooms. Facilities good. Good location. Good reasonably priced parking. Good price. Lovely reception team, very helpful to us and we overheard them going out of their way to help other guests too. At breakfast the next day we were quite late (15 minutes left for service) and there were no grilled tomatoes left (understandable with us being so late). One of the team noticed that I didn’t eat meat so he went into the kitchen to get me some fresh grilled tomatoes. I didn’t request this it was offered which I thought was just a really nice touch.

Perhaps being a bit picky here but there was not too much veggie / vegan options at breakfast. Some dairy free butter would have been nice and some other hot options (hash browns/ veggie sausage) There was dairy free milk.

The room size was much bigger than many other European hotels for our family of 4. The kids were able to have their own bed and their own space which was so important traveling with teens. There was a championship game at the nearby stadium, and while the hotel and streets were packed with fans - we were not bothered terribly with noise - very pleasantly surprised about that. The location was good for sightseeing - but was very crowded in August summer travel season.

The bathroom was a little small for 4 people, but definitely manageable.

Nice size room for 4, clean and comfortable bed. Staff were very responsive and everything was clean, including the restrooms in the main level. Great location and easy access to everything and great service in picking us up from the airport.

Breakfast does not open til 7:30 so there is no chance for breakfast if you are flying out in the AM. Bathroom was a bit cramped and did NOT like the half shower door as water splashed out. Air conditioning is needed as it is a busy area and no way to cool off except open windows and then you have street noise.

front desk excellent except for one person, very good facilities, - upgraded bathroom and bed but one shower option useless, breakfast very good, great location

No assistance to enter or leave with heavy luggage up steps. when I advised front desk on last day that 1) the door did not close properly and I had to pull it close and 2) the rain shower head was bent and did not work - - he just stared at me, took no notes and walked away. And Booking .com Offered an upgrade with view which I accepted and paid for - but this was not available at hotel. I paid extra for a good room without a view. Hotel asked that I contact Booking and complain.

We loved the Hotel, I was on a 4 day trip with my father and we made memories for a lifetime. When we arrived everyone was so friendly and we got an upgrade so we had a bigger room. The girls at the reception were so friendly and also the women at breakfast. Everything was so clean. There is also a bar with a nice vibe at night and they spoke a lot of languages which was also cool.

Nothing, everything was absolutely fine. We did not find anything that could have made our stay better. The beds were also amazing. I have never slept better. What also was perfect is that the hotel is located very centrally and everythign was quite close and you could walk easily.

Cassidy’s is so close to the landmark Spire and great shopping with ease of walk to virtually everything on either side of the Liffey. The room we had was quiet but don’t expect a view. It was the carpark and roofs! While we dined in for breakfasts, we didn’t partake in the bar or restaurant for dinner. The staff are all friendly and always with a smile!

Because the room we had had a view of roofs, there are restaurant vents looked upon. With the only form of ventilation in the room as the window, we often smelled cooking particularly bacon and burgers.

The staff were pleasant, the bar was good. The breakfast was basic but good. veggies options were given if asked for. The room was clean and the cleaning service was great. Came back to a clean room every day. Also the shower was great! Located in an Ok area. Dublin is we’ll connected which is helpful

The rooms were a lot more basic than in pictures. almost all of the staff were helpful except one who kept taking personal calls at reception and passed us on to other members of staff who couldn’t help. I think it is slightly overpriced. Not the best area. didn’t sleep great. Bed was uncomfortable

The room was a great size, the bed was super comfy, the shower was amazing (I've got really long hair that normally takes forever to wash but that shower made quick work of it), really clean (even though we left the do not disturb sign on the door while we were out they still left a bag of clean towels and room supplies outside the door), friendly helpful staff, overall beautiful property in a great central location close enough to be convenient but far enough out to be quiet at night

Can't say really that there is anything we didn't like. I mean the room we stayed in was a little different to get to as we had to go into the basement to another lift and then up to the right floor from there but honestly we just found that funny like a mini adventure

I love this hotel and always come back here when I am in Dublin. I love the location in the city center. But the hotel and rooms are very quiet and peaceful. This time I got a super early check-in, which I am very grateful for. Always get a better and better room. I love the decorations, the cleanliness, and how quiet and comfy it is. I like the gym in the hotel. And of course friendly and lovely staff working there. Especially thank you to Anthony, who was very kind and helpful, and Victoria who works in reception. And forget to mention good breakfast too. Thank you for all and make me stay fabulous like always. Warm Regards to all your team

Reception staff were very helpful. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower had plenty of power. The room was small but all we needed as we were down in Dublin for a concert and all we wanted was a bed for the night. We didn't have breakfast, or dinner. We didn't have a drink in the bar however it looked good from the reception as we passed by.

It was a little warm at night but we couldn't open the window as there was a motor of some sort possibly for ventilation roaring loudly outside our room otherwise we wouldn't have slept.
