After reading some negative reviews I was pleasantly surprised i asked for quite room and got the last one. We had nice big room, modern TV on wall and tea making facilities, 2 single very comfortable beds - (not bumpy as some reviews said) had a lovely bathroom with best shower ever & no bother with hot water. Had very pleasant one night stay & walking distance to 3Arena. Mary Harpur

The location is near the city center. About 5 minutes walk to reach the main strip. Many shops and cafe surrounding the hotel. Clean bathroom. Excellent shower. Comfortable bed, make you wanna stay there all day long. Enough heating in the room. Not so hot and not so cold.

NO PARKING. there are parking places nearby but its a ripped-off. ugh. Careful with parking in dodgy streets. it is really not safe. Price is OKAY for your stay but breakfast is not included.

We really appreciated the attention that the staff put into making us have a nice first anniversary by giving us the suite in the Georgian wing, a very spacious and elegant room. The staff is always attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the morning was really good, recommended

Unfortunately there was a problem with the heating. The radiators didn't work and the room was very large and therefore cold at night. Eventually they gave us two electric heaters to fix the problem.

Spacious clean room. Nice staff. Good location with walking distance to the river, Temple Bar district, Trinity college and Dublin Castle.

Little noisy because of proximity to train track. Little bit overpriced.

The room was fine. Be aware it will not match the website pictures. Breakfast was decent as were the food options available in the bar. Reception staff are quite pleasant. Guy in the bar, I think his name is Ben is a gentleman.

The safe didn't work and they only gave a limited amount of milk for tea and coffee. Some people like more than a thimble full in their drinks. Be warned LUAS line outside and bus station across the street. Proximity to police station also does not add to a restful atmosphere. Guy with the beard in the breakfast room needs to relax. No one is going to try and steal breakfast goods.

I think this hotel is great. it’s right in the center of town so easy to do anything you want in Dublin. The staff are lovely and so down to earth. I have stayed here a few times when I have been in Dublin. Yes the decor is not as fancy as some places but it’s probably the only hotel around that’s still affordable and that’s a delight because Dublin prices are ridiculous. I will definitely return .

As soon as we saw the street frontage very modern and delightful spot on Store Street was met at reception by smart staff who were extremely helpfull throughout our stay. Our room was very clean Beds were very comfortable, breakfast in morning was a buffet style. I personally not to fond of scrambled eggs. But I am sure if I asked one would have been cooked. The dining area has modern furniture, the interior of the roof has the most amazing plaster art work, delicately decorated with small string lights to give the whole room look most amazing.Modern new furniture throughout the ground floor, where you could sit at any time of day.Large bar area.

Not enough milk portions on tray with tea making facilities only 2 - 4 would have been better

It was lovely and quiet. Even when it would be full with guests I think the layout spaces people out very well for privacy and it would still feel respectfully private. The staff were always happy to help and would always ask how was the stay going, even if just in passing in the hall. The room we were given was well above our expectations, super comfortable and the decor was stunning. The space was unbelievable! We were asked if we wanted anything in the room on arrival so I asked for Prosecco to celebrate our anniversary with a little note and we were treated to some rose petals, a little special romantic touch. Finally, the station bar was very impressive. It looked the part, the bartenders were friendly and skilled with their drinks and the food was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Sarah & Dave

The only constructive criticism is that the bar could offer more snacks (such as crisps or nuts, a selection) and offer a few more light bite options such as other filled sandwiches but the quality was amazing for the few options.

I liked how the staff were varm and welcoming and very kind. The room was good for me, and my family member was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. i love how i was able to go up and get what i fancy from the hot surface to the cereal, etc. The location was good, though. i got lost a little during the dark evening.

The only issue i found was needing to pay €100 deposite on card if paying the room in cash, so I know next time to have the money on card and not cash, thankfully my family member had the room money on card and we didnt need to pay the 100 euro deposite.

The team at the FD is very friendly and helpful. Hotel as the guestrooms are spotlessly clean (including of the iron, which is rare). Rooms offer plenty of space and the location is central with easy reach by cab from the airport.

Noise... I'm able to sleep in the middle of a metal workshop, so it wasn't too bad for me, but the noise levels even on the top floor are far too high. This mainly due to the windows which due to age and condition was not possible to fully close. So if you are a light sleeper, I'm afraid you won't be happy.
