We had a very comfy stay after a long day of driving. The place is a bit off from the town but still very close so it's easy to find. We got in a bit late but checking in was super easy. Room was really nice and comfy too. Parking in front of the house was also smooth and free. Next morning when checking out Phyll the host recommended a wide variety of sights and activities nearby and from where we were heading. Very nice place to stay!

Phyll was very welcoming and friendly, and gave us useful advice regarding things to do in the area. Room accommodation and bathroom were great. We were self-catering and had access to a kitchen.

WiFi in the bedroom was very poor. Equipment provided in the kitchen could be better. But when we asked for items, they were very willingly provided.

Phyl is a wonderful host— so warm and friendly. Our room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Phyl took pity on us and let us check in early as we had landed that day. She even gave us something to eat. We highly recommend Shannon Breeze. Thank you Phyl— hope you win the election. We’d vote for you if we could. Hi to Sadie too.

Excellent location with superb host nothing too much trouble for her despite being on the election trail , she would make an excellent TD and we hope Dr Phyll succeeds, breakfast was really good and served by herself and a charming lady from the kitchen

The very best of Irish hospitality in a lovely house. The location is just a short drive from the Shannon in Ballina, where there's a lovely riverside walk. We also took a short trip to the marina on Lough Derg at Garykennedy, which is well worth a visit. Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was super! Thanks!

The Breakfast was 100% Sadie was very helpful and friendly she couldn't do anymore for us she was great. I visited my first cousins Chris,Ann, Maura ODriscroll and Mary Ryan we had a lovely break thanks especially to Shannon Breeze BxB.Youres Sincerely John Grogan and Tilda Tate.

Phyll is a lovely host and the fire was always warm, which was lovely after a walk in good Irish rain. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits and cooked to order. I had a wonderful stay.

Phyll is an excellent hostess. When I made my booking, I requested a gluten-free breakfast. Within an hour, I got a call from Phyll - checking the details of my dietary requirements. On the day, she had exactly what I wanted. The house is a quiet, rural location, about 4km from Ballina, on Lough Derg. There is ample parking.

Killaloe-Ballina is beautiful, but you need a car to get to / from there, as the road to the B&B does not have a footpath and there are some blind bends.

The owner offered to collect us from the hotel after the wedding as taxis were not available due to the icy conditions. It was very kind of her but we declined as you could,not ask anyone to drive in such bad weather. We did not have breakfast.

It was a bit further out from Ballina than we had thought. It would be ideal on a bright evening to walk in.

The breakfast was a wonderful, full Irish breakfast and it was served with a genuine Irish smile! We enjoyed having time to chat with Phyll the hostess - a wonderful, friendly woman!
