Friendly staff, clean, large comfortable rooms, plenty of parking, kindly accommodated us with a kettle when we asked for one. Public transport available just outside.

These weren’t an issue for us, but there was one chair in the room; it would have been nice to have a second chair in a room for two people. It would be better if there was a supermarket within walking distance but obviously this is not in your control. Hotel is slightly dated but as it’s clean and comfortable this was not an issue.

Breakfast was not include but that didn't bother us.. Location was great. Clean rooms and quiet most of the time. Staff was super helpful. Fantastic fitness centre with great equipment and all supplies. Large modern bathroom.

The lighting in the main room could have been brighter. One night sone loud guests who were smoking outside congregated at the front entrance, but were quiet from 11 on.

The staff were lovely and the room had lots of little features that made it practical and pleasant to stay in, such as an accessible HDMI port for laptop use with the TV, a good sized fridge that was empty and accessible sockets on the lamps next to the bed to charge phones at night, everything seems really well thought out. The breakfast was great and well priced and the bar service was excellent. The location is ideal too, not too far from the rail stop of Tunney's Pasture which will take you straight into the city and there is a local restaurant a short walk away called Bowman's, which was ideal and had amazing service.

The only downside was that at busy times the cafe seemed understaffed with just one person covering everything.

I loved the room because it was neat and had a fridge and microwave, which made it easy to warm up food for my kids. The gym and the swimming pool were also cool as my daughter enjoyed her time here. The staff were very professional and answered any questions I had. I definitely will be coming back here

The faucet in the bathroom sink was far from the sink, so it was spilling water on the countertop

The receptionist that helped us check in was nice. The room was spacious. We got the King Suite with fireplace and it had all we needed for two nights. the bath tub has water jets which were fun. The restaurant ladies were also nice. Breakfast was good.

Not really bad things but I wish there were hotel slippers that guests can use and also toothpaste. And also another lift would be helpful. But all good.

rooms well appointed. Staff were all helpful and friendly. worked well for me as I was meeting up with other family and friends for a birthday party nearby. otherwise for sightseeing in Ottawa not as great. I did appreciate no carpet in bedrooms.

Staff were all nice however I didn’t find it as clean as I would like. Floors needed better attention in many areas including rooms and elevators. café on premises only open limited hours. Temperature of room was not really accurate nor did it adjust at the wall as stated and hold settings.

Bed was comfy, room was clean, bathroom was nice size, staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel has older windows. Our room was very noisy because of the rattling and whistling of the windows all night long. That is the only complaints I have, which is big as our sleep was disturbed most of the night.

location was perfect for us. room was clean and big enough for a family of four. beds were so comfortable and cozy. The tv system was fantastic as we were able to stream our own Netflix account. The restaurant was so great. we had both dinner and breakfast, the meals were so delicious. the staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful. definitely would recommend it to our friends and will go back again.

Location was convenient, easy to get into and parking was plentiful. I liked viewing my car in the parking from my room window. The room was quiet, compared to my previous experiences in hotels this place was very quiet.

I found my price was way too high for a single room, no breakfast, nothing extra special about the room. Yes, it was clean but for $320. I found it too expensive.

Rogers network was down overnight and caused some issues with checkout, but not the fault of the staff. My credit card number at checkout was not the one I had used on checkin, so I had to correct that, then at 5:30am the next morning I got a cell phone notification that I had been billed again and credited. It was the early notification that was the main annoyance, but also the double billing which I assume was caused by the downed network.
