Staff were extremely friendly upon arrival, mainly the lovely ladies working at the front desk. Irena and Manoj were both helpful at breakfast and asked if we needed anything at all times. Even when we saw them around the hotel they would be super friendly. Breakfast was lovely and filling, had a huge variety of drinks, and English breakfast, along with fruits, yoghurts and waffles (specially made by manoj) 😊. Had a lovely stay with nice cosy beds and a nice bathroom, with lots of mirrors in the bedroom.

The room size was quite small.

It was comfortable, very convenient for my purposes, and though compact it was well appointed and felt well taken care of. The staff were amazingly courteous, friendly, and helpful. Really a delight to be greeted and helped by them. We needed to be close to a business for an appointment the next day, and this was perfect. Since I was traveling with my son, it was great to have the option of a double room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was already made up when we arrived. It was very comfortable, as was the entire room, though small it was all we neeede.

Nothing - it had everything we needed included even dinner options which was so helpful. And the breakfast was well presented and sufficiently stocked for.

I liked the staff, they were amazing and really nice. I liked the food aswell. But one morning my finance asked for a waffle and he didn't get one. I know the staff might have forgotten about it. But we asked again and the person forgot again. So we just left it. But we were so happy that the morning we left, was 4 AM and the staff made sure we had something to eat before we left for the airport! Thank you so much for that! We really appreciated it!

Besides the waffle thing. We had a handicap toilet so me and my fiance had trouble to sit one the toilet. It was horrible!

The breakfast, internet and location was good. You can easily get to the hotel from the East Croydon station. The breakfast was the normal eggs, beans, bacon, and various other breads and drinks. The Wi-Fi was fast and rooms and facilities were clean. Was able to check in early and stay late without a charge. Nice A/C

The Bed was old springs could be felt. The tv was not able to receive the phone connection/ Chromecast. Also try to get non connecting rooms, because the couple on the other side of the room could be heard at night snoring and having S*X.

Location was great....staff were BEYOND EXCELLENT....breakfast choices were top notch and coffee....impeccable! Super clean facilities, so close to many restaurants, cafes, bus stops, banks, stores, pharmacy, electronics for DC adapter, etc....all walking distance down George Street....

Mattress could have been far more comfortable.....here in the US, rooms have microwave and/or mini fridge....smart TV wouldn't allow me to cast from my phone....and I couldn't figure out how to make the thermostat warmer....TV and thermostat needs modern upgrades

Staff hospitality was exceptional and matched that of Asian hospitality found in Thailand, Srilanka and Bali resorts which is hard to find in European hotels. Manoj in dining area always ensured that all the customers were super happy and always correctly anticipating what they might be looking for during their breakfast. Asif at the reception was super helpful in ensuring our stay was comfortable. Both these gentlemen were extremely polite, decent and helpful and constantly following up to ensure we were happy with everything. I also liked the fact that this hotel was very cheap compared to the value for money it provided i.e free breakfast, Car park just across the road, train station at 3-4 minutes walk, provision for a 3rd bed without any extra cost and in general a very comfortable stay

The friendliness of the staff is definitely something to highlight, thanks to them the experience at the hotel was really great. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and they kindly agreed to store our bags safely. The room was spacious but you could hear too much noise from the hallway. The big highlight goes to the friend we made at breakfast. If you choose this hotel, don't miss the opportunity to order a waffle from Mr. Manoj. Every time we asked him, he put on the biggest smile he had and made a waffle that really made the breakfast special. If you choose this hotel, don't miss the opportunity to meet this gentleman.

The noise from the other guests in the hallway was something that really bothered us during the night.

The exterior was nice and the restaurant & lobby area are well maintained.

The individuals who hang around on the opposite side of the street exhibiting anti-social behaviour. But there’s little the hotel can do about it. Apart from that, the property was fine apart from the tar and residue from smokers. It was unpleasant to see every-time you open the window.

Simply amazing experience and the best hospitality ever..The staff of the hotel Mr. Manoj, Mr. Prasad and mrs. Garima is the one of the very rare people you find.Food is excellent and beyond all they looked after us their own family.Beyond a hotel room and food i experienced the best of East CROYDON (london)because of these guys. And they are very knowledgeable in every activity or place around the area and when and whatever was our need they always got it done with out any hesistant. And the price is very moderate to the service.It was one of our best vacations and we would rest here again in the future. Many thanks to the staff of the hotel for his attitude towards us.

It’s close to the East Croydon Train Station, just a 5 min. Walk away. There is also a Shopping Centre nearby, around 10-15 min. walk away. And lots of restaurants or take a way spots around the Croydon Station. For Breakfast at the hotel you could choose between a Full English Breakfast or Continental breakfast, Cornflakes or Porridge, Fresh Fruits, some sweet treats like Little Croissants or Muffins and fresh made waffles. You even can get a take away breakfast, if needed.
