Excellent service from reception - both by phone before arrival (re parking and also recommending reserving a table for dinner in the restaurant (was fully booked when I got there so glad I did)) And on checkin - very accomdating and unusually provided warm chocolate cookies to take to the room. Restaurant - excellent and varied menu and hence surprisingly good value. Plenty of staff behind the bar before dinner and very attentive waiters during dinner so no hanging around.

The parking was a little expensive - however plenty of spaces and was able to pay using the paybyphone app when I parked and so that was convenient so happy overall especially given the great evening had with my friend

Decent hotel in a great location for the airport. Stuck after a cancelled flight and the staff were great. The breakfast wasn't so great, for the price a little more effort could be made to serve decent food rather than school canteen! That is just for the warm offerings, the cold food on offer was fine. Again staff were lovely and helpful throughout the stay.

The dinner (Thai green curry with chicken) was really not very good, it was so salty that I had to leave half of it even though I was starving! Such a simple dish, that really disappointed me. Breakfast offering was also not great. The hot food was just a little bit rubbish. Overcooked eggs, bacon and sausages. Beans were a mush. Just didn't really think that they made any effort to make it decent. Cold food was fine, reasonable selection of continental choices and the coffee was ok when the machine was working! Also very, very expensive drinks in the bar. Standard G&T in excess of £10. Manchester or Central London?

When we first got there and checked in we were greeted by a lovely lady who gave us complimentary cookies as well as gave us a hand directing us to our room as we had a lot of luggage. The food was nice and tasty and the staff in the restaurant was really friendly as well. Even talking to my daughter who was two. I need to give a special shout-out to Craig who upon check out we left our iPad in the room and as we were already checking in to the airport he was kind enough to bring the iPad to us and without that, the holiday wouldn’t have been as good as my two year old loves to use the iPad before she goes to bed or whilst getting ready. So a big thank you to Craig.

We was only there for less than a day so couldn’t really comment too much bother then we enjoyed our stay there.

According to Booking.com there should have been a free shuttle to the airport which is the reason this hotel was chosen but instead we had to pay £9 for a taxi of about 1/2 a mile

Perfect location for Terminal 1 and even though we were flying from T2 they have loads of parking so it was a couple of minutes drive to the Meet and Greet. Comfortable night’s sleep, wish we’d had a room that well equipped and bed that comfortable on the holiday itself. All the hotel and restaurant staff were very professional and friendly without the inane grin and “have a great day, guys!” insincerity you get at other hotels.

I had to leave that comfortable bed to catch an early morning flight, although that was my wife’s fault not the hotel’s.

All was good, just a few minor details

The bathroom wasn't very clean, we stayed in room 149 and around the toilet was disgusting, urine and dust around it and the skirting boards were really dusty. When we checked in we didn't know we had to pay for parking so later on I see a parking payment machine so I went to reception to ask and he said oh yes its £15.00, so I said well when I checked in the guy on reception didn't tell us he just helped us put our registration in on the device at reception and off we went, the guys response was oh well we haven't had this conversation don't pay, The next morning I thought I better double check and another guy on reception said no you definitely have to pay. If I hadn't asked again in the morning, I would have got a £100.00 parking fine, so I wasn't happy about that

Excellent room, facilities and staff. Check in was very quick, and the shuttle to the airport was a lifesaver as a solo traveller with more than a comfortable number of bags.

The limited shuttle schedule and the need to pre-book were inconvenient, as it meant I would have had to drag my three suitcases across a main road manually after a long and exhausting journey at 3-4pm due to lack of availability. I ended up paying entirely too much for a taxi to drive me there from the airport that was across the road because it would have taken 40-60 minutes on foot with my luggage assuming they weren't destroyed en route by the rough tarmac. However, when I was able to get a shuttle the driver was kind, courteous and eager to help.

The property was in a convenient located a short taxi ride from Manchester airport as our flight got cancelled and we needed somewhere to stay as we would otherwise have had to travel 2 hours to get home. The front of house staff were lovely, very welcoming and even gave us free warm cookies when we arrived! the room was very clean, bathroom was a decent size, and although it was right next to the airport you could hardly hear the planes taking off and landing. check out wasn’t until 12:00 which was brilliant because our next flight wasn’t until later in the afternoon so it was very convenient again. all round lovely property, the food was also lovely there.

It was more pricey due to it being at the airport, but if that’s what you are looking for then it’s great.

Nice hotel, convenient next to the train station at the airport, good service, had a few outstanding requests and all of them were attended to. Bar open 24/7. Room was as expected, comfortable, without being flashy.

Not the hotels fault, but just the prices you pay for those airport hotels are completely ridiculous. Most of them are super trashy and charge crazy. This one is at least a nicer one, so you don't feel so bad about spending a fortune.

The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and we were happy. Bathroom and shower were very goo.

The extra bed was very noisy and uncomfortable, which was a shame. Also, we were disappointed that in a room that we paid 220 pounds for 1 night, there was not a fridge.
