Comfort Inn and Suites Pittsburgh

The staff was wonderful. the hotel was clean and up to date. The breakfast was good...Hubby even enjoyed the turkey day ...turkey breakfast. Staff there was absolutely the best.

was disappointed the door to the pool was broken and you had to go out in the cold to get to the pool...was also not the best of decks. The deck had wet leaves from outside because you had to go outside to get in...Honestly, that is really my biggest complaint.....my guy loves swimming and still got to swim...just some inconvences

The entire complex was very clean, their breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly.

Had a few issues with the room and the desk clerk couldn't have cared less. Our fridge didn't work and we were staying for three nights. She supposedly called a repair man to come look at it, after waiting an hour I called the desk clerk and asked if we could just be moved to another room with a working fridge. She obliged but this was something she should have suggested, not me. She supposedly took down my concerns and was going to give it to the GM the next morning. I never heard from him. When I checked out, the GM was there and it appeared he never was aware of the issues I had and he addressed them with me at that time. The staff, including housekeeping were amazing - it seems like there is just this one desk clerk who wasn't too concerned about problem solving.

Breakfast was very good. Good selection of food. Location was perfect for this trip. Very easy to find. Heating unit was quiet, which was a plus. Beds were comfortable. Shower had good water pressure.

Could have used a bigger sink area, but that’s no big deal.

Location, the room was comfortable & clean, great breakfast, enjoyed having a restaurant attached so we didn't have to leave.

The pool needs some TLC and attention. There was build up of chemicals and dirt on the side of the pool. Bugs were floating in the water.

Morning breakfast was outstanding! Response to request for cleaning room was immediate. Plenty of outlets for personal electronics

Our room key had to be refreshed every day - we had two key cards and both of them stopped working three times. Quarters for the guest coin laundry were not available, either at the front desk nor from the change machine in the attached bar. The parking area for entrance 8 did not feel safe. The entrance 8 hallway door was always unlocked and open - no need for room key to gain access.

Good breakfast, choice of hot and cold options, including pizza! Loads of parking. Nice onsite bar with simple evening meal options.

Very comfortable bed...loved the comforter! I had to go into Pittsburgh but didn't want to actually STAY in Pittsburgh so i was very happy with your location...not far from the city. Although i didn't go to the Route 28 Bar & Grille, i lilked the idea of having that so close.

Overall it was good but all of the broken ice machines was a bit overwhelming. And the tub didn't drain well...I had half a tub of water at the end of my shower!! And it was NOT the cleanest water (little floaters etc that were NOT from me). Somewhat dirty shower curtain in my water. YUCK!! Took quite awhile for that to drain while i was continuing to get ready to leave. I also saw some kind of stains (Coffee?) on the walls that i cleaned myself with soap and water...that was a little off turning also.

kids from other rooms running the halls and knocking on our door then we decided to get in the pool and kids hitting a ball with a bat almost hit me and my kids several times and nothing was said to them.

did not like the fact that they have a outdoor smoking area just outside the main entrance so when you walk in you walk right thru all the stinky smoke and alot of trash along the curb going into the lobby

Nice location and easy to get to Pittsburgh and back. Good price and nice breakfast included. Route 28 Bar and Grill had excellent food.

Did not realize there was a big Halloween bash the night we stayed. Had I been younger, it would have been perfect, but the walls are fairly thin and I was woken in the middle of the night and heard the revelers until 3 or 4 in the morning.
