Staff was very pleasant......very accommodating.........

Virtual card key would not work with my room card reader.........it would work for the fitness center , but not for my room. after several calls, it still would not work./ Part of the reason for staying at this site is due to contactless check in. Hand soap for the bathroom sink was empty (squeeze type dispenser) W Back Parking lot door card reader/ door latch not working whatsoever. Open access without a card Key or badge. Looked like it was broken- leaving rear access to the facility open to unauthorized persons? Front desk personnel mentioned that it had been an issue and the facility maintenance persons were going to address it.

Deana at front desk was a pleasure. Deana's highlighting of features ie. breakfast, ice machine location helpful. The text message received after getting into our room asking if any problems was another highlight of the customer service. Especially liked absence of carpet in the rooms and appreciated the little touch like a night light in the bathroom. Cleanliness was top notch. Enjoyed the fresh made pancakes at breakfast as per Deana's recommendation. The generous amount of seating in lobby allowed us to relax with our friends before retiring. Well done Tru by Hilton!!

Nothing that I can think of

The room was next to the elevator, so I was surprised that it was quiet. The person upstairs stomped around a lot, but there was no way to anticipate that happening.

There didn't seem to be enough help at breakfast time. I know this is true throughout the industry. One pancake maker was out of order, so there was a line at the other. After waiting a good while, the batter ran out during my time. And the regular coffee was empty. These are random issues that do not lead me to believe the problem is chronic.

Clean, comfortable. We have relatives in Lancaster and have been using this hotel for several years - very happy with it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not bad.

Price could be a little cheaper/discounted. -but it is not enough of an issue to have us stay elsewhere. I have checked prices at other hotels in the area, but we had a few very bad experiences with other places years ago when we first started making trip there. We are very happy with Tru Hilton - just wish it were a little cheaper

Everyone working the front desk was very pleasant. Isaac is exceptionally welcoming and kind- Tru should be thankful for his representation of the company. Breakfast was fine. All the public areas were clean. No issues with parking.

Shower was roomy, but the shower head was so high and didn't adjust well. Multiple floor tiles were raised. I don't think I'm really into the somewhat " sparse" design of the rooms. Hilton properties have poor wifi.

The location is good close to shopping and food

I think the front desk could use more staff for checking and the staff need to be more dress properly appearance say a lot if you are the one welcoming the guess to the property I was kind of turn off of the person that was working @ the front desk when I check in but otherwise it was ok not grate when you guys first open I didn’t even eat breakfast in the morning I was that turn off .

I am on a low carb diet so only ate the scrambled eggs but liked the self serve coffee available all day & the flavored creamers (although I use zero sugar ones same brand).

I really missed having a microwave in the room as I use a microwave heated pad for my back at bedtime & first thing in the morning. Plus I use a si us rinse that had to be warmed. I also like to reheat my coffee in the room. The mattress was very comfortable. I want to compliment the staff especially Deanna, she was very helpful!

I really loved the rooms and service; especially being its pet friendly. I really like this hotel for being able to help us with our pet; its not easy to find a place that would welcome pets especially when we have older folks who all they have is their pet and can't find a pet sitter. I would be coming back to this hotel for its ability to accommodate our pet parakeet. Having breakfast right downstairs in the morning is a real plus . . . . {:o) Great hotel . . . job well done.

Very very clean and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful

We didn’t like that you can hear the people above you. Apparently there was a little kid above us and it sounded like he was coming through the floor. We don’t know if he was jumping on and off the bed or what so we called down to the office and the lady called them and they stopped right away. This was at 10:30 at night Then the next morning even before 7 o’clock the same thing with the little kid we called down to the lady at the front desk she called them and it stopped right away. That’s the only complaint that we have about this hotel is you can hear everything

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking. The pool area was very clean. I like that the hotel room had laminate flooring, but I missed the comfort of a carpet. The room was very small. I liked how the room was very simple but I missed the luxury of having a closet and the other amenities I was used to.

I miss the comfort of the carpet in the room, but I liked that it was extremely clean. I miss the comfort of a traditional hotel stay. The hotel itself was very modern but lacked comfort.
