Great property in a good location - close enough to walk to Patong Beach but far enough away from the nightlife noise. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. In house food and beverage prices were very reasonable - especially during happy hour. We recommend a pool access room as real good value.

the location is in a quiet street, open air hotel, very clean rooms and comfortable bed. all amenities are provided. adult pool is nice and the staff playing volleyball in the pool were super fun. highly recommended hotel; away from the hustle and bustle of Patong beach but also 5 mins away by tuktuk

the reception staff don’t really know how to understand English. they speak it, but if you ask something that requires additional thinking before answering it will be difficult for the staff to comprehend. other than this; the hotel management is super cheap. for example we needed a plastic cup to take medicine but the bar didn’t provide one as they will charge for it (plastic disposable cup). we lost one hotel key card and they wanted to charge 300 thai baht for it. it’s like a side business / hustle for the hotel management charging overpriced prices on items that would be free everywhere else in the world especially since it’s a 5 star property charging 5 star prices.

The property is very large. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed itself was quite comfortable and the bathroom facilities were lovely. The selection of pools were clean and had a different vibe at everyone. The Neon Bar on the roof was really lovely to watch the sunset and enjoy a beverage. There was a nice view of the ocean.

The staff weren’t exactly the friendliest. Food and drinks from the hotel were quite expensive. The use of the buggy to get around the hotel wasn’t efficient and was left waiting for a ride to the far buildings for quite a while. We ended up walking to the buildings most of the time due to this. We had to leave early due to illness and the hotel was not accommodating when advising of a refund or documentation that we left early which was a shame. Hotel was a ride from Patong and not a lot of transport offered from the hotel so had to rent a bike.

Hotel had Courteous and helpful staff , specific thanks to Sarah. Hotel has good facilities as expected. Nice Buffett breakfast. Modern Rooms with good air conditioning.

Properly doesn’t has Taxi booking support. Whenever I requested, reception staff pointed us to city tour or island tour booking desks within their own facility which had no relevance to taxi booking. The taxis standing outside the hotel are for 4 hours booking asking Rip of money. Most of the nearby resorts had taxi booking desk looking after their guests from rip of.

Like the rest of the other positive reviews that you’ve read, i can assure you this is a very nice place to stay, with friends, family or alone. Good breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, comfortable & clean rooms. Good location, away from the busy street life but only 3km to patong. Will be coming back again in January with a bigger group for sure.

Room size, location, different pools, breakfast.

Noisy neighbours, you could here them being sick during the night, loud music, sounded like their plumbing was connected to ours so every flush of the toilet was like it was in our bathroom & then released a sewage smell! Lots of steps (we where in building 9) & dimly lit at night so would prove difficult for someone with reduced vision & certainly for a disabled person. Although they do have golf buggies that they will happily take you around on, but a bit of a faff to keep ringing for them to collect you in my opinion! The rooftop bar was equally a bit of a rabbit warren to get to & again hardly any lights so awkward to move around. There were 2 pool bars but only 1 of them was open!

Wonderful quiet Hotel near Patong. They offer a free 4 times a day shuttle service to bangla road. Near the hotel you can find some good Thai restaurants, laundry services, 7 eleven and so on. Breakfast was also good and the hotel staff is competent and friendly. The Gym is really good equipped and they offer some activities like Thai boxing. I took two personal hour's Thai boxing with Noom. It's a lot of fun, exhausting and I can absolutely recommend it, also the price is fair and they have some reductions depending on the weekdays.

Music on the main pool was mostly too loud and the hotel could think about a Spotify or YT music subscription. Hearing some advertisment every 10 minutes was annoying. It was really hard to communicate in easy english with the Lady at the "Phuket City Tour" counter. However the communication with the hotel staff was all the time good.

staff excellent, pool access room was lovely, breakfast was good, aircon great, swim up bar & roof top bar, close to patong but not in it.

As this room was close to the front of hotel, some road noise - just used earplugs to sleep, rest of family slept fine. Beach not great for swimming - used tuk tuk or hired moped to drive to nicer beaches.

The hotel design is beautiful (rooms, restaurants and lobby) and surrounded by nature. The staff is very friendly and always available and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the shower heavenly. Breakfast has amazing cakes / banana bread etc., and lots of warm foods. Loved the gym. Also good value for money. No big complaints about anything :)

Like many people mentioned before, the hotel is quite far away from the beach and party street, and also on a busy road, which takes away the charm of the infinity pool with sea view. At breakfast I did miss some cheese and more than one kind of sausage. Also it could go a little longer than 10:30. When I was in quarantine and had to order breakfast to the room every day, continental breakfast was not what you would expect (potatoes but no bread etc.😅). But those are very minor things that I just noticed having to stay in the hotel for way longer than planned.

Very friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Good choice of breakfast dishes. 3 swimming pools lots of room. Large spacious bedrooms cleaned every day with fresh towels including pool towels

The drinks were very expensive. It was a little far out from the centre of town. There was little in the way of entertainment in the hotel
