The staff and location were excellent. The walls seemed a bit thin since we heard people in the hallway and next door, but luckily it was not that bad. The room (king bed) was very large and had a small refrigerator, so we did not pay for breakfast and instead bought our own food. A small mall across the street and a nice park a short walk away. Overall a great value and would stay again.

Great the chef made everything taste delicious, the staff was amazingly kind and professional.

The complementary coffee in the lobby was cold horrible and rarely available. I’ve stayed at other properties that had an amazing coffee bar which was always available . Breakfast was not included and I’d prefer to stay at a property that includes the breakfast. Also no hotel ship would be another reason I would stay elsewhere.

Great location that gave you really easy access to Northwestern's campus but also convenient to go into any part of Chicago. Near shopping if that is of interest.

I thought the elevators could use a bit more polish. They were clean but on a scale of 1-10, I'd give it a 6.5. The carpets in the halls that lead to your room seemed a bit worn and dark.

The lobby is welcoming and tasteful. It’s extremely clean as were the rooms.

The lobby convenience store should’ve been better stocked since there’s no 24 hour restaurant. when checking in, I would’ve appreciated being told that unless I notified the front desk my room and not be cleaned. I didn’t notice the signage in the bathroom. the overnight front desk person barely speaks English.

Your reception staff is awesome. I don't think we have ever had such a warm greeting, both arriving and leaving. The building and especially the room were immaculate.

Too cold outside. Can you do anything about that? Just kidding. We were on the 2nd floor in the south tower. It was a hassle to push the luggage cart up the ramp to get to the elevator. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable especially the beds!

Booking.com refused to honor price match so my recommendation is to just book directly with the hotel or with an actual flexible partner

Beautiful interior and quiet rooms. Awesome bed. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by.

If your looking to be in the city for something it can take 45 minutes in traffic. Our family lives in Lincoln Park and it was not easy to get to them even on a Sunday morning.

We came to Chicago to visit our grand daughter at Northwestern. My daughter and her family and friends stayed in various hotels in Evanston. None of those hotels compared to yours. In every category your location was superior.

I was disappointed when the belle hop dolly was not available and the front desk clerk didn’t know where it was. Also, I felt like he could have offered us help carrying our bags to our room since he couldn’t provide the belle cart.

I was charged on a card I never used. it was captured with out my knowledge. I was given wrong information at the front desk when I checked in. Jenelin fixed my situation.
