The Westin at The Woodlands

Very clean comfortable room. Requested a microwave for medical purposes and found it in the room upon entering. The view from our corner room on the 10th Floor was fabulous, the amenities was the best I’ve ever seen and the friendly helpful staff that took time to explain how to work things in the room, provide directions. The pool was fabulous too. There was a Starbucks on the first floor where my husband and I had breakfast. It was walking distance to some wonderful restaurants and the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.

! everything was wonderful as usual, we booked to attend a concert but it was postponed, however as always we enjoyed the stay and was very pleased with the exceptional service. We will book again as soon as the new concert date is released. What a weekend getaway! Our second weekend stay in less than a year

The carpet area in the room was plush and soft to walk on. Shower was really nice very spacious. The location was perfect everything was in walking distance.

The only thing we were missing was the robes that are standard with this room. The goose feathered pillows were nice but way too soft they would flatten almost like you didn't have a pillow under your head. The toilet paper holder was falling apart that the toilet paper roll would fall off so had to set the roll on top of the holder.

music sound on Saturday night from the bar above the Italian restaurant was heard up to the 7th floor, corner rooms. music stayed till 2 am which made it difficult to go to sleep.

The room was clean and nice. Great location for before and after the concert.... The staff was great... very friendly and helpful!!

The bed was uncomfortable and we both woke up with stiff backs. The elevator smelled like a dirty mop.... (but the hotel seemed to be very clean) The price is high for me....

I could have had a better view. the place was very empty when I first arrived and it should have been made available if a better view would cost more. additionally, I didn’t realize the place was pet friendly and my allergies were triggered.

We liked it all! The welcoming and professional staff made our time comfortable and pleasant. The facility was immaculate and our room was amazing...the design and furnishings were exceptional. We will be back soon.

We found nothing to dislike! Simply amazing!

The hotel is in a great area surrounded by many go to spots. From shopping, eating, or just getting out for a nice walk. The facility is very clean, love that smell when you first walk in. The rooms were nice and cozy. The staff were very engaging with the customers. They were very helpful and super friendly.

I honestly cannot think of any dislikes.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff at check in was helpful - Marvin - and pleasant to work with.

What is not to like! We had a great stay! Thank you for taking care of us on our 39th Wedding anniversary!

Staff attitude, you can feel it . Not sure of the work load, however I am paying for service, the front desk staff was very dry, any asked questions via phone or in person,they rushed to answer and get you out of the away, this attitude is felt. There in the wrong business, or need additional training. However people skills isn't trainable.
