recommend black-out curtains in the rooms - especially during summer

Opening times of the receprion. Quick and easy response to get our rome. Really cosy for the money.

The guard was all sasy at first, but later became more friendly. The ventilation system keeps going off in the middle of the day, making a rest or a nap close to impossible. It's right next to the bed and runs for hours before closing on it's own. The plastic ceiling tile was broken and kept falling off in our room, the carpet was stained a bit and the hair dryer kept closing on 20 seconds of usage. It seems to be a common issue, since they have one prepared at the reception. To top it off, it seemed a bit hostile, because they take your credit card details at the entrance, as a security deposit. With so many things wrong in the room, we were a bit skeptical if somerhing would be blamed on us, something we didn't do.

Nice clean rooms. Comfortable bed and pillow. Very quiet room no noise from other rooms or from the street at all. Breakfast was nice something for every taste. 24 hour reception, which is great.

On booking,com they say there is a garden. They dont have a garden it is just a patio with a roof. Sure there were som green plants, but to me, that is not a garden. They have a great bararea. We stayed there for 5 days, and the bar was open only on the first day (thursday), so the bare was closed for 4 days and that even through the weekend, I think that is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.

I liked the location of the hotel, it is just 2 mins walk from M2, M4 metro line and Keleti railway stations. Located in a very posh area :)

The breakfast! It is not worthy of paying 12 Euro, it is no where near to continental !! Very bad! You can actually eat grand breakfast at 12 Euro outside.

Very central location close to Keleti. This is not touristy area - so it is convenient if you are not after touristy sightseeing. Close to central Railway station (Keleti). That is also metro station. The district with services provided by "Hungarians with migration background" is right around it (8th District, Josefvaroš or Josefstadt).

The bed was very narrow

First impressions count right! Daniel the front office man was amazing!! His boss MUST pay him more, a real asset. The guy is a legend. Perfect English speaking and there was not a thing he wouldn’t do for a customer, he went over and above. Daniel assisted me with directions that I required and in his own time made a plan for me to take the metro and bus to the airport - perfect instructions and this saved me a lot of time and hassle. The room was perfect, well appointed super clean overall a very good experience!

Very good value for money, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, good location (a bit far from the city center but the hotel is located near a transport hub), small but cozy room, minibar in the room, quite clean, beautiful lobby, bathroom is comfortable

Its hard to find something i didnt like. Breakfast was a bit repetitive and there was no orange juice. (Which I dont mind because it was a quality rich breakfast), carpet floors in the rooms.

The location is very convenient as it is near the main railway station. The room was tidy and clean. The hotel was well heated which was a big benefit. The breakfast is worth it but only as part of the accommodation price and not as a separate service.

The room was quite small - if you travel with a bigger suitcase there is literally no place to put it. The bathroom has a nice idea for a daylight and room view but the toilet itself was also visible. There were some signs of leaking in the room from the window of the bathroom. Not enough parking places and there is only a limited time to park on the street and no parking close enough to the hotel. Very punctual even a bit over the top.

Breakfast was good. I chose the hotel because of its location close to the station which was ideal for my travel plans. A very short walk and one road to cross.

Location it's very good, only few minutes walk to metro station, rooms are quite spacious and modern. Not forget fresh towels were provided daily. Overall this hotel it's definitely a very good value for money

The room was a bit dusty and the carpet was not vacuumed, during our entire stay no one cleaned the carpet. However that not affected that much our staying because it was clear that in general the hotel it's clean
