The room was what you can expect, a bit tiny but with a shower a WC and a bed. You get what you asked for. The breakfast was ok even if i'd have liked a bit more variety (scrambled eggs would be a plus for exemple). The bed was good enough for a couple of nights and that's what you want after walking all day long. WiFi was working great. Staff very nice and speaking french.

Nothing i didn't like, just some things that can be improved a bit. - Variety in breakfast and coffee a bit less "watery" - Option to change language on TV - A small soap to wash hands in bedroom (using the shower one locked to the wall isn't always practical)

It had everything we needed and breakfast was a great choice. We got a huge welcome even though it was late at night arrival from the airport. The room was cosy and my daughter loved the top bunk. The room is a good size and there is a TV with mix of channels of different languages. It is quiet even though beside busy roads. I highly recommend to anyone.

While easy to get to by bus in day from airport the taxi was extremely expensive especially late at night far more than what we expected so try public transport.

Staying here often and it does what it says on the package. I find the staff attitude and welcoming standard good for this type of hotel, usually way above average. Location is good for car travellers. Public transport is not really to be considered to get to office or commercial areas in Luxembourg . Some restaurants around the hotel so you can get a decent meal. Breakfast and rooms normal ibis budget standard. Rooms are clean, some wear and tear but nothing major.

Good value for money, we loved the breakfast, such a good variety of options. The cleanliness was excellent and we had fresh clean towels each morning of our stay!

The shower wasn’t good, it kept falling off the hook and couldn’t direct the water properly, and had no privacy at all. The location of the hotel wasn’t very good for public transport as it was quite a long walk to the bus stop and long walk to the train station.

The beds are absolutely great. I climbed to the top bunk and had the sleep of my life, haha! The room was small but tidy, we actually don't need much space so that's alright. Other than that, the receptionist was very friendly, the breakfast buffet offered everything that I usually eat: a cheese sandwich, fruit yogurt, and fruit (and it was cheap), and I didn't have a problem parking my SUV next to the hotel, so all good. Eight stars out of ten.

The two things that baffled me were the glassy walls of the shower cabin (I'm traveling with my brother so it was a huge inconvenience) and the toilet door that had no lock. A little more privacy would be great.

My first room had a broken window so the receptionist immediately arranged for another room. That one was in perfect condition and very clean! As I travelled with pet and it was raining, we carried sand into the room. The cleaners were so kind and cleaned it in-between our stay. That was very much appreciated!!!

The smell of smoke as someone didn't adhere to the "No smoking" policy.

Easy access, great location.places to eat everywhere, room basic but confortable, air conditioning massive relief from the Heath.

Two members of staff at reception, the one gentlemen serving me was lovely and polite, the second one was very rude and abrupt to us for no reason ( we where asking questions about their 24 hrs food service)

Location is a little difficult to access for public transport user. It's around 30 minutes from the main city. Here is a tip: take train to Bettembourg from Luxembourg city, and then take a bus ( ride 3 stops) and then walk to the property.

The Staff is the main plus point for this hotel. They were always eager to help and would not hesitate to assist you whenever needed. Particularly the guy during afternoon-evening shift was a gem of a person.

The rooms were smaller than my expectations. But they still are good value for the money you are paying.

The place was great for a quick stop over as we were travelling through, the bed was comfy and the staff friendly.

We did struggle to park as it shared a small number of spaces with the place next door and the breakfast was a bit disappointing.
