The location was perfect: close to all the main attractions, next to the tram and train stations. The staff was FANTASTIC, welcoming and super helpful, especially Igor at the reception. We arrived really early and were able to leave our bags at the property and explore the city before we could check in. The breakfast was great with a great variety of food to choose. The location is perfect, it’s just next to the train station and there’re several bus stops nearby, which make it easy to get everywhere. Also the facilities are great, almost everything you need can be found there. Mostly, the receptionists are really kind, especially ours, Igor, he’s a 100 out of 10! He’s very positive and helpful. He carried our luggages to the room since they’re too heavy; he warmly welcomed us and gave us welcome drinks; he even prepared a map of Florence and introduced some view spots to us...... Soooooo sweet. Anyways, everything was good, I‘ll definitely choose Ambasciatori if I come to Florence again someday!

We especially liked the hotel staff, who really helped us a lot. We arrived late at night, and the receptionist (I think his name was Igor) was pleasant, efficient, and friendly. He even offered us a complimentary drink, which was something we really needed after a long trip.

All good.

Very jice welcoming at reception desk by receptionist mr. Igor. He do really a great impression on welcome. I will definitely be back on my next business visit at Firenze.

In all honesty I think the facade and clientele that hang around outside this hotel let it down for 1st impressions. However inside the hotel is lovely, staff are friendly and were super helpful when I'd make a mistake with my booking - totally my fault but they put it right for me...they didn't have to!! The room was large and the bed extremely comfortable. There is a lovely bar area that also offers pizzas for snacks, which whilst basically made blind the bar was very tasty. Breakfast was very good with a large selection and choice. The hotel is in a busy part of Florence, directly outside the train station, so perfectly located, albeit quite noisy and a little intimidating outside (no noise heard whilst in our room which directly overlooked the busy square outside).

I think the hotel should try to discourage certain persons from loitering in their doorways. It was quite intimidating. Nothing about the hotel itself that we didn't like. I would choose next time to be located somewhere a little quieter but that is personal choice.

Igor, the front desk staff, was outstanding. He was extremely helpful attentively. Very efficient, great attention to detail, polite and helpful. Nothing was to difficult.

We were greeted by the most kindest reception when we went to check in. Unfortunately I forgot her name (Hiroko??) she was super informative about everything in hotel. She gave us drink vouchers to use in the hotel restaurant and we had such a lovely chat with the staff in the restaurant. The hotel was right across from Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station, it helps if you have really early morning trains to catch. As my sister and I love to walk, we don't mind the walk into town to see all the hotspots. The whole room was great! We got the city view room with a balcony which was a lovely touch to our stay. I love that Italian bathrooms have a bidet, gotta make sure you're clean. The note placed on our place was soooo cute!! Along with chocolates. We were able to screen share our phones to the tv and watch Netflix while we relaxed in the evening. It was a wonderful surprise when they left a bag of pasta in our room! I took that back home💕

Location great, very close to transport, staff were helpful especially Igor. Our room was very comfortable & free water everyday was great.

Nothing really, everything made our stay very enjoyable.
