We loved the comfy beds and the air conditioning. We liked the look of the bathroom and the turbo power of the toilet.

One day a housekeeper knocked on the door but we had not left yet, and said we would be gone in half an hour. That was at 9:00 a.m. (We didn't have anything on the door). We came back at 4:00 p.m. and the room was not done so we had to call down and go to the pool and then it was done between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Location was excellent. The park view was excellent. Hot tub was a good treat after a day of hiking at Gatineau Park

Thin walls. You can hear people talking as they pass your room and neighbors flushing toilets. They don't have chromecast ability on their TV nor do they have Netflix.

The valet service was excellent! Very friendly gentlemen and they were very fast! It was also very nice to not have to worry about parking my vehicle, just coming and going. On two occasions, I forgot an item in my vehicle and rather than retrieve my whole vehicle, the valet staff simply went to retrieve my items in my vehicle and brought them directly to my room for me! Our room was spacious, very clean and bright. The bathroom was modern and had everything we needed, including a blow dryer. The room included a mini fridge, a Keurig with coffee, tea and whitener. Our room was quiet despite being on a corner location. Would definitely stay here again!

May have been helpful to have a microwave in the room. Only thing missing.

Location, ambience, Valet attendants were very cheerful and pleasant.

The door to the room beside me slammed shut so hard it shook the wall at the head of my bed.

The room was clean and cozy, the location is amazing, the staff was nice and helpful.

Everything was great, the only thing is there were couple of holes in our bed sheets. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Bathroom especially was too small and hard to move around. - Room was dark, very little natural light and overlooks a cement wall and roof - Would have liked a kettle to make my own coffee/tea. - Gym was also very small, not enough machines and sauna room was too cold, even after 30 minutes, it does not heat up properly

Most things were great.

There were no signs to explain how the sauna and hot tub worked. There were no bags/costume dryer to put wet swimwear in. The menu looked pricey so we ate somewhere else, but we would have liked to eat here. We were not told upon check-in that the room had already been paid for… we had selected pay at hotel but it looks as though it was charged upon booking anyway, but there was a lot of confusion at check-out because this was not communicated at check-in. The cleaner left us with no spare toilet paper and we ran out. There was a spare and she took it away. Was not very nice to have to walk among the strikers during our visits.
