GOOD price for location in South Terrace Adelaide CLOSE to Adelaide CBD. Clean room and bathroom for reasonable price etc. Housekeeping lady was very NICE to do her BEST to HELP me to check-out UNWILLINGLY.

I made a reservation of 5 nights. The girls CONVINCE me to change my booking to 3 nights without my CONSENT, but too sick to argue with her and END up get kick out like a sick dog and move to much EXPENSIVE Hotel being SICK and HELPLESS. I was being kicked around by reception people in the morning to made me take my luggage when I was NOT ready to go due to Uber I booked NOT arrived yet.

My room was clean, comfortable and a great location.

We want to thank you, Alex, the receptionist who assisted us immediately when we needed it. We wish your hotel open with open early check-out (like self check in and out in other hotels), so we don't have to wait until the reception desk is available to drop the keys. Also please pay attention to some rooms like the one we booked for 4 people, the microwave and the kettle were not in good condition. Alex sorted out the kettle right after we mentioned it. However, the cleaner staff forgot to clean the microwave, so we had to stay in the smelly room.

Room was clean, spacious, big fridge/freezer, good shower. All you could need. Very quiet when we were there. Plenty of parking out front. Free washing machine and dryer was a huge bonus!

The only window is onto the front walkway so you have to have the blinds closed all the time if you don't want people walking past to be able to see in. Had to cross a big road out front to get to the centre but everything was walkable within 30mins.

I went to the Adelaide Fringe and the hotel was a 5 minute walk away - excellent location!

Decor is quite dated but you have everything you need in the room.

A very bright and airy room upon entering. The bed was comfortable. The room had a round table with four chairs and a refrigerator. It is a super large room and very comfortable. We were very impressed. Will stay here again.

The room we had was great. However, we didn't notice the little raised step from the bedroom to the bathroom. This could do with an irredescant tape to warn people. But other than that, all was good.

The location is spot on for exploring all of Adelaide. Ample free parking within the property, easy access to room via key app, daily support staff for any replenishment of room stuff..value for money

A microwave would have been nice to warm food, etc. longer shower curtains to minimize water spreading to rest of the bathroom.

Clean & tidy. great heating/cooling. free laundry amenities. Convenient public transport access. Comfortable beds . Ample storage . Loved the body, hair & hand products Breakfast box is an amazing idea and so convenient.

No microwave in rooms or toaster Laundry room should have product dispenser for washing detergents & fabric softer The breakfast box pack ,can soft drinks & continental breakfast are all way over priced
