We loved the size of the room -- perfect for us with 2 kids. The view from our room was great as well and it was quiet in the nights. The breakfast was fantastic -- especially the sausages and sauteed vegetables. There was plenty of choice of hot or cold things to eat and beverages. The staff were kind and helpful at all times. The swimming pool on the roof isn't very large, but my kids thoroughly enjoyed it! The hotel is easily reached by bus and Metro, and there's a supermarket, bakery and playground less than a 10-minute walk away.

Our room was a bit dated. The lock on the inside of the main door was jammed and we couldn't lock it.

Great location near all of the metro lines (blue is farther away, but still 15-20 minutes walk), good base to explore Lisbon and its agglomeration. Rooftop bar is excellent, if you need to relax a little bit at the hotel. Breakfast gives wide variety and great start to the day.

There is still room for improvement to handle food intolerancies, though. Staff is doing their best but the system makes it hard both for them and for the guests to handle it. Allergens are not shown on the menus or at the breakfast stations and, although staff tried to help to investigate, it was not confidently confirmed which are the glutenfree options. It is always easier if there are e.g. little stickers to show allergens, at least the typical ones. Restaurant a'la carte is subpar, especially compared to breakfast, which is way above standard in selection and quality. It's a highrise and Lisbon is windy, so on upper floors you might hear the wind blowing hard on such days.

Nice hotel and helpful staff. Clean rooms with comfortable bed! Tea and coffee available in room if required.

Could be noisy at night with traffic. Breakfast was nice but not enough fresh fruit. Was not very central but there are buses and taxis you can use.

Excellent Location, the room (family suite) was very comfortable. The breakfast was really awesome - we enjoyed the american breakfast with good varieties of fruits and pastries. The Pool was also great. It is a perfect place to stay in Lisbon for families with children , as the Saldanha metro was just 10 minutes away.

Initially, we were assigned a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room (I had booked a non-smoking room, and I was really not happy about being assigned a room in a smoking floor). After a few days, we were assigned a non-smoking room.

We cannot really say “what we didnt like” but maybe some improvements/recommendations the hotel is a bit worn out needs a renovation the windows can be opened fully, be aware if you have young kids dont leave them unattended in the room the two elevators are not enough to meet the capacity if the hotel is full/crowded you might see queues infront of the elevators in the mornings breakfast hall is a bit undersized again you might experience queues in the morning

Breakfast was great. My kids loved the automated pancake systems. Food was very good. Hotel lobby and breakfast rooms looks very modern. Rooms are very large, but outdated. Staff was very friendly and kept our luggage until later in the day. Swimming pool looked very good, but we've not tried it. The location was perfect to visit IST, Gulbenkian, or Saldanha. We had a great view from our hotel room and balcony.

There was some noise from other rooms during the night. Not the hotel's fault, but the sound isolation was not very good. Outdated rooms, though very spacious for a family of four.

Hotel has very convenient location close to two metro stations and Red and Green metro lines. It is within walking distance from Marques de Pombal square with a lot of restaurants, bakeries and fast food options. Breakfast was really good and included variety of options. Hotel is old but kept very clean. Our main transport option was Uber as it is quick and rather cheap.

We stayed in a double double bed room, but beds were a bit narrow. Big disappointment was dining (we had only one lunch there) in a hotel restaurant - really biggest downside of our stay, and I wouldn't recommend it. You have far better options near by.

The hotel has good location, rather close to M stations on two separate lines. It is very close to the airport, it costed to us 8.50 by taxi. There is beautiful view from the top with nice pool. No need to go to the beach really. Good breakfast with large choice of food.

Actually there is no place to put your clothes and shoes. Very tiny locket is occupied some other stuff. When you take shower, it is difficult to avoid water to splash to the floor - too small separating plastic wall. The hotel declears itself as 4 stars. Well the price is 4 stars, but considering that it is a bit old inside, it is not worth the money.

Great Stay Amazing place, our first visit to Lisbon Portugal, Front desk was very helpful with all our requests. Lovely and spacious rooms pleasant atmosphere, decent bathroom with tub my child really enjoyed it. The staff and Mr. Francelino Vaz really did a beautiful decoration with creativity for our Valentines Day as pre requested. All the staff were very helpful and courteous, What can I say the breakfast was amazing lots of choice from cold to hot options. Service was great ample seating space. Housekeeping staff did service the room as soon as we pooped out of the room everyday with fresh linen without disturbing our stay great people. Thank You All for a lovely and memorable stay.

We had dinner in the Lounge we ordered 2 pizzas and some potato fries for our child, both pizzas were uncooked in the bottom we made the waiter aware no action was taken. Even a tiny request from room service will charge u 4 euros to be delivered like ice bucket and plate, fork and knife. Food I totally understand. Upon arrival no kids amenities for my child were left. No toilet amenities like Dental kit, shaving kit, body scrub, bathrobe, toilet sleepers were found. Guest relations manager could be a additional bonus.

The breakfast was nice, there was a lot to choose from. We traveled with a group of 24 students and they were all very happy with the rooms and the facilities. The rooftop bar was also very nice. Do note that the pool is small but it is a great place to just relax. We also liked how close by it was to the centre and the airport.

We had to pay extra for individual beds, i wish they would offer rooms with separate beds. We could only add 1 bed per room in stead of changing them or be able to book them.
