The location is prefect for families with kids, well shelter direct access to subway stations.

Had requested for counter staff to assist in booking taxi to go a meet up location for attraction. She responded all fully booked and didn’t provide any alternatives even though I tried to explain that I need to be at that location early. I will need assistance but she claimed will assist and call back but nothing was heard again. Quite disappointed.

The hotel is attached to the metro station and this is great. It is very close to Shibuya crossing and there are many restaurants nearby. There was a wonderful market just outside the hotel. the room was spacious.

Lack of possibility to open the windows in the room. The breakfast was very limited in choices. perhaps the air conditioning system was set to a high temperature. it was quite hot to sleep at night. However overall it is a great hotel.

The room we booked was a view room, which I assumed was a view of the Shibuya Crossing, however the hotel has limited rooms with views of the Crossing. Suggest you make the description more accurate.

Central in Shibuya. View of the Shibuya crossing from the lift area. I believe some rooms you can view it directly. Main train station, making visits to Harajuku, Akihabara etc very easy. Also train line for Narita Express straight to airport or the hotel offers limousine bus to Narita airport too. Restaurants abound downstairs. Hachiko statue just across the famous Shibuya crossing.

We asked for an environmental clean (not deep clean) but bed wasn’t made, rubbish were partially cleared and no new complementary water bottles supplied. Just towels were replaced. All other hotels that we stayed in Japan would at least rectify the bed, clear rubbish and supply new water bottles. We did get them replaced and rubbish cleared after we came back to the hotel later on, although it wasn’t pleasant to have to ask something that was expected.

The rooms were slightly on the small side but were clean and we had a great view out towards the city and over Shibuya Crossing from the foyer of our floor by the lifts

The location in the centre of Tokyo. The room cleaning during the stay is made on demand and if it is not needed, the fee will be turned to an environment foundation.

Old fashion wash machine which located only on 3 floors, nowadays it should be on every floor with included instant detergent ready in the machine itself.

Excellent location, close to everything! Very central to all the restaurants and shopping malls.

We had a family of four and had to book two rooms and be in separate rooms.

Loved the location and the view from the room. It was on the 22nd floor and had a beautiful view of Shibuya and a bit of the crossing scramble, especially at night. The location was perfect near the train station and there were plenty of places to explore around the area. Staff was exceptional and were extremely helpful and made sure all my needs were met. Even they were considerate to book a female taxi driver for me to feel comfortable as I was a female solo traveller to help me get to the airport.

The bathroom needs to be upgraded and looks really out of date. There were a few plumbing issues while I was there but they did leave a notice on the day I had checked in, that there was ongoing plumbing work. So the sound was a little bit annoying, especially at night.

Location, it is right above Shibuya Mark City beside Shibuya crossing. You can head back to the hotel anytime you want as it is so convenient. We stayed at a tall level which gave us a very clear and unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline (except blocked by the taller Cerulean Tower hotel). The hotel is also right beside Shibuya Mark City Highway Bus Terminal, which can bring you straight to Haneda Airport and places like Karuizawa and Fuji-Q highland.

As the room comes at a premium by being so centrally located, the room and hotel in general is a bit old and deserves an upgrade.
