We had the most incredible stay.From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, everything was great. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms as well, very beautifully furnished and immaculate. Outstanding attitude toward guests at all possible levels. Excellent breakfast. Everything was perfect.

Everything was excellent.

Stunning hotel with excellent service. Everything was absolutely beautiful; I felt totally pampered. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms had every convenience, including L'Occitane products. Room controls (including window shades) were accessible while in bed. I ate dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Service was amazing again (I was there on the early side for the sunset) and the food was good (not outstanding.) The hotel is right on the Plaza de Espagna, which is where I wanted to stay, but a little ways from the museums and other sites.

I could only stay for one night!

Great room, enjoyed the bed, bathroom, bluetooth speaker and especially the coffee maker. Also really liked the spa with the view over the square.

- Too much explanation from the staff when coming up to the room - as if they think guests have never stayed in a hotel before. Most things are inuitive so this level of detail is not needed - Way too many e-mails from the hotel upon booking - Paying a supplement for plunge pool and sauna access really seems unnecessary for a 5 star hotel at this room rate - There should be a hook in the rooms to hang the bathrobes

Amazing room and the personnel was very friendly and always ready to help.

Not about the property but I do not recommend eating in the restaurant at the 12th floor. Seems the kitchen is not under a top chef. The food is average at best. Spain is a country were you enjoy cousine proud almost everywhere you eat. Is not the case in the restaurant at the 12th floor. Everything else is magnificent. Is a shame they don’t complement with a good chef onboard.

you can’t order a complete breakfast in the room. Whilst breakfast is at 29€ downstairs, on the room service menu (on the tv screen and incomplete) there are only « à la Carte » option and if you ask for all you need, it adds up to 90€ per person !! quite ridiculous. It’s the only flaw of this hotel, the room service options are quite low and breakfast in room is a MUST in any classy hotel. Any hotel really.

The hotel is perfectly situated by a lovely park and fabulous restaurants. It is away from the chaos of the extreme tourism. The palace is a short stroll away along with some of the more lovely neighborhoods of Madrid. each room is silent with excellent lighting and very large rooms. large, separate hallway and luxurious bathrooms. breakfast was an endless option of warm and cold food. Plus you can order off the menu. The choices were delicious and endless.

we were sad. The pool was Guy Holman during our visit due to the time of year.

There is a very nice concierge staff called Ainara . She is super helpful for my trip about booking the ticket to any kind of activities liked museum, train ticket … make sure we can have a very smooth journey. Even brining me the train ticket to my room once it’s ready 🙏🙏🙏 it makes us feeling comfortable and relief sometimes when we know nothing about this country . It’s really amazing to us 🙏🙏🙏 overall the staffs of the hotel is nice and hospitality.

The room is excellent, it was spacious, modern and very comfy. The view and location is very beautiful. The breakfast is delicious, high quality food with many variations of food and drinks. Very delicious fresh healthy orange juice. All the staffs are very great, kind and helpful. The concierge and receptionist are very accommodated. If you need something 5 minutes after you call them they will come and resolve your request. My wife's friend want a very special tea but there is no available in the near by market at the time, they help us to arrange somebody to pick it up from a very far location in a short period of time and bring it to us in the hotel. They valued their customer so much. Overall I was impressed by the hospitality of the hotel. Highly recommended one.

I wish they could extended the breakfast until 10:30 in the morning.

Superb hotel in super location. This is a proper 5-star hotel with high levels of specification and finishes. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was expensive but in fairness the range and quality of the breakfast offerings was superb.

Regrettably we had a poor experience in the Sky Bar on one of our evenings at the hotel, but the issue was dealt with promptly in a very professional manner by the guest services manager and the duty manager of the day.
