location was ideal, walking distance from the beach. Staff were incredible, particularly the animation team who made our little girl feel so welcome and included.

The area which people chose to smoke was located right next to the childrens pool. Having a 4 year old and being pregnant myself I thought it would have been nice if the childrens pool area was a smoke free zone.

Beautiful hotel, large swimming pool, the animators are very cool! The guys at the bar are very attentive and positive, and at the reception desk they are also attentive. Basically, I liked everything about the hotel, it’s very good that all rooms have balconies, cleaning every day.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the room itself was small, which was unusual for us, and the women in the dining room were often nervous, my daughter tried to avoid them. I would really like to see a new service introduced: the ability to choose between breakfast and lunch, and not just between lunch and dinner. For many people this is very important.

The location was perfect! All staff was really nice and always helpful, front of house, housekeeping, restaurant staff, etc, I have to say it was the nicest experience regarding staff that I've ever had. There's a good variety of food on the buffet, especially the breakfast, amazing. Definitely recommend.

The only thing we didn't like was having to pay for every drink. Don't mind the alcoholic. But any soft drink or water at the restaurant or at the bar, even though they have a full board basis option. But beside that, everything was perfect.

My friend and I stayed at the Salou Princess for three nights and couldn't fault it. The staff were very pleasant and the food (breakfast and dinner) was really great, with options for everyone. The location is absolutely perfect, we walked to and from PortAventura theme park (approx 20 min walk) but there is also a bus right across the road which will bring you there. The bus stop also caters to/from Reus airport so it couldn't be easier! The beach and main Salou strip is only about a 5 min walk to the Princess. All in all, I will definitely be returning.

The breakfast was great, there was a huge choice available, hot and cold choices, continental and traditional full breakfast. The pool area was beautiful and clean, in fact the whole hotel was very clean and modern. The concierge desk staff were always super attentive, we had an awful start to our holiday in Salou at a different property but when we arrived Shaun in particular was amazing and so helpful and understanding, he really went above and beyond. Free water from cold dispenser machines was great, we had taken our water bottles with us, so we were able to fill them whenever we wanted (but for 4 euros you can buy a bottle from the hotel). There was no shortage of sunbeds, plenty to go around. The animation lady was always upbeat and friendly, involving the children and adults to keep everyone entertained. Also in the rooms are really well equipped with toiletries and towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrushes and hairdryer.

I personally would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room, or at the very least a kettle and cups. We upgraded to full board on the basis of the breakfast, however found that the food for lunch and dinner weren't fully to our taste and many of the hot choices just weren't hot enough. The pool was cold but it WAS April so probably not really an issue in summer.

Food was fresh, for dinner there could be more meat or chicken on the menu. However we were happy with what we had. The room was clean and all staff were very nice and helpful. Beds could be bit more softer, pillows were good. It would have been nice to have had more interesting day time activities at hotel. For example maybe yoga, darts or throwing rings even that type of activity.

I cant say I didnt like anything as such.

location great, near enough to the beach and entertainment but far enough away to not interfere with the holiday peace and quiet. entertainment team very good.

bathroom could do with an update, need to add a kettle etc, you can rent a kettle but for 16 euros plus a deposit was a bit steep, you can buy one for less from many of the shops around! food at the pool bar was quite expensive and portions were not the largest, cheaper in any of the restaurants around. The staff at the pool bar and dining room were not rude but they could be quite abrupt and on the odd couple of occasions a bit terse.

It was lively but wasn’t busy. I really enjoyed it and the facilities were really good. The beds very comfortable and the food was great my friend and I really enjoyed it. The staff were so helpful and the entertainment that was on both during the day and at night was very good! We really enjoyed it! The location was also very convenient only a 5 minute walk from the main shops and the beach.

Room was small but comfortable for two. A fridge is provided which we used. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Cleaned every day which was great Hotel in general was brilliant. We had breakfast every morning with a plentiful selection to choose from. Staff are very polite and friendly

Only 1 socket beside the bed which was awkward to charge 2 phones and 2 watches. Walls unfortunately are paper thin so if you're a light sleeper it might be a problem.

The pool area was superb and extremely well looked after. We also enjoyed the food which we thought had a good variety. Also walking distance to Port Aventura and 2 mins to beach and great shopping area.

Our room had a bit of a smoky smell perhaps from previous occupants which wasn't too nice but they did try and get rid of it. We probably could have moved but we were in rooms next to our daughters so didn't want to.
