I was genuinely sad to leave this hotel, the rooms were much larger than where I stayed in central Tokyo. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food on offer, with both Japanese and Western options. The shuttle was convenient, however it did leave once without much warning at all, I'll mention more about this in the negative review.

We took the shuttle into Narita City and were going to catch it back to the hotel again, but when we were waiting there was a massive queue and we stood in the back of the line, but then the bus just left with the queue half empty and we had to catch a cab back to the hotel as that was the final shuttle for the night. I was very disappointed that they didn't signal to us that we should've just walked up onto the bus rather than wait at the back of the queue.

Excellent value for money. We stayed at this hotel before an early morning flight. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport operated perfectly. Our room was the biggest one we had in Japan. Vending machine on each floor.

We arrived at 8pm at night and there did not appear to be any shop nearby, so bring provisions. There is a pool but it costs extra and you also need to purchase (expensive) swim hats.

Sky lounge for a drink with a view. Internal shop which covered most requirements. Buffet was reasonable for cost. My luggage was unloaded from shuttle luggage compartment by staff allowing me to get to check in counter and avoid getting stuck behind a gaggle of other customers. trying to check in. (Sit at front of shuttle to get out ASAP and get to check in counter) Check in then return to shuttle bay and collect your luggage.

Directions to shuttle from terminals in Narita airport. If they are on bookiing.com or hotel website I could not find them and had to piece together the info from different sites. Its reasonably simple. At terminal 2 go to bus stop 26. At terminal 1 go to bus stop 16 (don't quote me on this since I only took minimal notice of which bus stop was used at terminal 1). To get to terminal 2 from terminal 3 use free airport shuttle to terminal 2. Walk 300 m to cross walk. Cross road to island and turn right on island to bus stop 26 which is about 100 m from crosswalk.

Great shuttle service - runs every 30 minutes and is easy to find the pickup location from Terminal 2. Breakfast options were extensive . Dinner was a buffet which we opted not to have as was 6500 yen and we arrived at 8.30pm so would have probably not have got full value from . There were lots of snack options at the 7-11 within the hotel though

The rooms were super warm - uncomfortably so .

The rooms were wide and comfy, and everything I wanted and expected was given. They even gave yukatas to sleep in which was very nice. The shuttle for the airport was very convenient and was on time to and from the airport. They had a free bus shuttle service to and from the nearest shopping mall as well. As for sound, we didn't hear any of the airplanes flying by. We had a very comfortable sleep.

The shuttle bus from Aeon back to the hotel was 30 minutes late. We were standing there wondering what was going on. But to be fair, they were the first airport bus to turn up. Aside from that, the rooms were just a bit old and outdated - the taps required you to fiddle with both the hot and cold water as there were knobs for either one, so that was quite difficult and my mother complained that the beds were too hard. Also the buffet lunch was a bit disappointing. It was a lot more money than we expected for a meal that we had greater expectations for.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Check out was quick. The hotel has a shuttle bus that runs between the hotel, the train station, and the Aeon Mall. It also has a shuttle from Narita airport (bay 16, I think) and you can get a shuttle to the airport terminals in the morning.

There isn't really anything around the hotel so bring snacks with you or eat at the hotel. A lot of people go to the Aeon Mall but truthfully the restaurants and bars around Narita city - especially on the way down to the temple complex - are far better. One other thing of note is that the airport shuttles from Narita station stop at around 5.20pm.

The Airport Shuttle from Narita Airport was on time when we caught it to the hotel (last night @ Japan and had got the Skyliner Train to airport). Stayed at hotel for the night and got the Airport Shuttle at 5.30am back to airport as we had an early morning flight. We did not use any facilities as we did not arrive until after 9pm but checkin was quick and they gave us 2 rooms next to each other as per my request. Check in staff fully explained about the morning shuttle bus and this service was very organised the next morning with different buses available depending on the Airport Terminal guests needed to travel too. Great stay for an easy transfer to airport.

Beds were very hard but we had come to expect this after our time travelling @ Japan.

Great place to stay if you need to be close to Narita. Very conveniently, there is a shuttle to and from the airport, it takes about 15 minutes to reach Terminal 1 of NRT. We arrived by train late at night (to catch our flight the next day) and it was great to have shuttle to the hotel in the evening. It was very efficient in the morning, too. Another big plus was the room size: our deluxe double room was really spacious, which is great if you need to do your luggage logistics across 5 bags.

When we arrived at about 23:30, tired of a long journey, there was absolutely no food available any more and pool access also stops sometime late in the evening. I think for an airport hotel it would be great to have at least a better vending machine available for guests arriving late or leaving very early (like we did both).

The shuttle bus to and from T1 and T2 is gorgeous; however, it does not provide shuttle service to and from T3 though T3 is very close to the hotel. Shuttle bus also goes to the shopping mall close to airport, but better check with hotel for schedule. Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The add-on is it has got a laundry, clean and spacious. A very relaxing and money for value place if you need to transit for one night. Also, it has got a big shop that carries a variety of goods and a large pharmacy which is a PLUS in an airport hotel like this.

Everyone has to wait at the lobby to check in at 1400 hours. If the check in time is a bit flexible, it will be great.
