It's a very good choice for overnight near the airport. The shuttle bus is easy to find, and the drivers help with the suitcases. It takes only 5 minutes from the airport (not rush hours). The room is clean and big enough. There's a Lawson store at the lobby, and the clerk there was also nice. The hotel receptionists are warm and helpful, I read some old comments on google saying that the staff were unwilling to help, but it wasn't like that in my case, so I assume the management solve the matter, which it good to know. There's a scale at the lobby free to use, which is very useful. And Lawson store sell a cheap carry-on bag with wheels for travelers who need more space to pack souvenirs. The help-yourself breakfast offers a various choice of food, it's not super delicious but cost-worthy.

Excellent amenities- toothbrush, razers, skin care. Lovely shower and toilet facilities. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. It felt much more luxurious than we expected for an airport hotel.

Shuttle bus didn't run early enough for our flight (7am), but it's possible to walk to airport when necessary (20-30mins). We also found it slightly difficult to locate from the airport, as we arrived late at night.

Free breakfast was lovely.. stuff needed upon checkin like toothbrush, comb, skincare, were all available in the lobby. Spa was also free. Shuttle service esp the driver was very polite & helpful, the staff as well. Would stay here again.

If you had an early flight via Narita Airport, Toyoko Inn Narita Shinkan is ideal place to stay. Just 5 minutes from Terminal 3/2. They have free shuttle from/to Airport which is really convenient. Checkin/out is easy, just use an automated machine. Although a staff can guide but you can do it on your own. I stayed for a night on double room non-smoking. The room had decent space and good view of Narita T3. The bed is comfy and had decent sleep. . The bathroom had compact space with bathtub, smart toilet and classic lavatory basin. Amenities, had typical standard in business hotel, flat tv fridge, closet. There is working station/ table that you can do your business. You can grab your own toiletries at the lobby and sleeping wear. Breakfast had a typical Japanese buffet selection with few choices for western food. It was ok. There is Lawson convenience store on the 1F which is really nice when you crave something late at night. The staffs are helpful despite they look so busy especially when a big batch of guests comes in. Overall, its a nice place to stay if you want to get closer to the airport.

The breakfast was wonderful, oishi! Narita airport location improved a lot since last visit. Large, spacious dining room = much better than other Toyoko locations. I stayed 7 days - often used excellent shuttle service. Of course, the very affordable rate is appreciated, but most of all, arigato = mahalo for the friendly, efficient service. Wish that Toyoko Inn opened in Hawaii - i have stayed with you in Seoul and Busan, why not Hawaii? Toyoko Inn is ichiban ☆☆☆☆☆. i am member since 2011, card # 10037-008162. Look forward to next visit.

Very MINOR complaint - quality of toilet paper is awful. But with washlet toilet, don't really need, so ok.

The location is in the middle of nowhere for any other facility except for the airport. So it's perfect for me since my flight was cancelled and I wanted to stay near the airport. The hotel shuttle bus takes care of all your worries. The free breakfast is also rather excellent including many dishes to choose from. The value for money is absolutely great.

Many hotels in Japan are moving toward eco consciousness, this means; bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste! They won't have it, or charge you for it. However the hotel does have a conbini in it for your needs. Which is good because there is nothing around the hotel.

All good apart from the fact that they have a 16.00 hrs room access policy which is poor if you arrive NRT early like I did and need access to a day room only. I arrived at 1500 hrs and had paid just over 7000 yen for 1 night but required the room for 4 hrs only so far so good however I found the staff inflexible with the 1600hrs room access, it was only after a long discussion with the lobby staff that they reluctantly gave me access to the room at 15.30. I have no issue paying 7000 yen in this case even for a four hour stay, however I feel the staff should be more accommodating to their customers. As far as i am concerned I really did not ask for anything exceptional just a bit of customer service and a tiny amount of flexibility.

I just needed a basic place for one night on arrival in Tokyo. This was the ideal hotel for that purpose - there was a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, a compact but perfectly adequate and comfortable room and it had airconditioning, which was crucial at the time I was there. The beds are Japanese, so the pillows have a different texture to what Europeans or Australians might be used to, and the mattress is firm. But I found that very comfortable and slept very well. You collect what you need from a huge range of beverages, soup and toiletries in the lobby before you go to your room. You can even collect pyjamas from the cupboard there. The toiletries come in sachets but are actually very nice. There is a huge breakfast area on the ground floor if you choose to eat at the hotel, and an enormous range of fresh food that was constantly replenished when I was there (lots of Asian-style breakfast, noodles, rice, warm food but also eggs, toast, sweets, yoghurt). This was a perfect hotel for my needs and comfortable enough for one night (though the single room would probably start to feel a bit small for several nights). Check-in is all contactless/electronic, but staff are very helpful and show you what you need to do.

The rate was better than an on-site hotel. The hotel policy is conscious about reducing waste. Breakfast is free, but one has to state whether one is having or not, so that the prepared food is appropriate. The hotel offers free and continuous shuttle bus service to all Narita terminals, which is very convenient.

Getting to the hotel implies the use of taxis. Google Map does not work well, especially when some repair is going on in Terminals 2.. And the hotel is not at walking distance from the airport. However, observed some adventurous passengers carrying their luggage on foot to the hotel
