Pros: Great staff and facilities. The last time I stayed at a capsule hotel in Japan was 8+ years ago, and this one was much more spacious and well-designed, with some really awesome amenties provided. If you're not sure where to find the hotel, go to the information desk as soon as you arrive. I mistakenly followed the vague instructions from previous reviews and could have saved myself some time by not bothering with them. My experience: I arrived at Terminal 1 from an international flight. The hotel is located in Terminal 2. I took the free shuttle at Bus Stop #6 just on the curb outside, and it went from Terminal 1 -> Terminal 3 -> Terminal 2 (there are two T2 stops, and I got off at the first one). I took the escalator down to the "train" but didn't go on the train. Instead, I followed the signs for the capsule hotel. At check-in, they gave me a mesh tote with slippers, bath towels, a solid nightgown, earplugs, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and a Starbucks gift card for breakfast. The lockers are in a separate room from the capsules, and the doors are super quiet and impossible to slam. The toilet stalls and the shower stalls (separate) are well stocked, no need to bring shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and there is plenty of room both near the lockers as well as the sinks, and another area to blow-dry your hair. The capsules are very spacious and the bedding comfortable enough. The pillow is very interesting. The closest comparison I can give is those Korean buckwheat pillows mixed with a bean bag chair. Very supportive and immediately conforms to your head shape. I'm 4'11" and nightgown hem reached just above my ankle. I assume it's made of sturdy cotton.

The staff was super professional and informative and made sure to remind incoming guests of the quiet rules, but your mileage may vary depending on your neighbors. There are guests who inexplicably take or make phone calls in the capsules at night between 8pm-4am instead of going to the locker room (where there is also wifi) to have their conversations, so I apologize to the person in the bunk below me for constantly going out to be the whispering "take it outside" police. I'm sure if I brought it up to the reception staff, they would have dealt with it quickly, but since I was so sleep-deprived and cranky, I ended up going down the route of vigilante justice myself.

If you've got a long stop over, by god this place is a heaven send. We stopped in Tokyo after a very long flight with another the following morning and being able to take a shower, change clothes and collapse into comfy sheets was amazing. Staff were all great, plenty of amenities available (earplugs, razors, moisturiser etc) and the lighting/aesthetic of the place are very soothing after so long in bright airport lighting.

Only thing is it is a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it for the convenience and for how restful it is.

Good location if you are looking for a quick overnight stay before catching a flight from the airport. The lockers were quite spacious and the facilities were all functional and clean .

It can be an issue if you are a light sleeper, the earplugs provided were not very effective.

Highly convenient location, capsules are really clean and comfortable. Felt very safe and the lockers, showers etc. were to a good standard. Everyone was very respectful and kept quiet.

Located in Narita Airport Terminal 2, this is a perfect option for those who have early morning flights. There were maybe 50 beds in the female dorm, but it was quiet. Each bed is provided with a key for the locker. The locker has a shelf space, two hangers, a shoe tray, and a space in the bottom for a large luggage. The locker area has benches. There were many shower rooms, toilets, sinks, and hair dryers. Each guest is provided with a bag containing pajamas, slippers, toothbrush, bath towel, face towel, and bath mat. Each capsule has a light, power outlet, and a roll up shade for privacy.

It was a bit pricey for a capsule but that's to be expected for airport hotels.

Directly at the airport it was our last stop in Japan because our flight was leaving early the next day. For this reason we stayed at the nine hours Narita airport. Its convenient to skip the rush hour when your flight is leaving early and the price is actually pretty affordable and cheaper as in Tokyo. Bed, amemeties and everything is alright, I mean, you just stay here for one night and get everything.

Maybe its time to upgrade the pyjama to the newer models like the one from nine hours Nagoya. I felt like a prisoner with the old one. :D And one more suggestion: Please start with giving capsule away from the door. Its annoying to hear the door every hour in the middle of the night. When the capsule are all free and you select one at the reception please start from the back.

I appreciated how smooth everything worked out. After a long flight, it is very appreciated to be able to take a shower and sleep soon after landing. The capsule beds were something I wasn't used to, but it was a pleasant experience.

This was my second time here. Last time I came before the borders were fully open, so I was afraid it would be busy and not as clean. But I was wrong. If you are traveling alone and just need a place to sleep and get ready for your flight, I really recommend this place. The staff was very friendly, the other guests very calm, it was clean in the evening and in the morning, I had enough space to arrange my suitcase and carry-on and it was easy to go to my terminal (1) from there. When I left it, the staff saw me struggle looking left and right and they came immediately outside to show me the way. Extraordinary!

The only thing I could criticize was that even though it was my second time, I struggled again to find it. I tried following some signs and pictures but somehow always walked too far or the wrong way. Had to ask at the information to find the right way.

The location is perfect for morning flights. The receptionist is helpful with a sheet of instructions in which you can find the translation of some popular languages. We need to split between women and men. So one of my family members should go alone. I appreciate the staff to accompany him and show him the instruction, although he doesn't understand English and he is old.

The receptionist needed to be fluent in English; we could still communicate with some keywords. Due to the different times of flights, people got up noisily; it was challenging to fall asleep. We even hear the snoring.

I loved the bigger locker space. Enough room to fix your luggage without feeling like you’re impeding on others space. I enjoyed how close it was to the airport - perfect for our early morning flight, we could get some sleep without stressing needing to arrive at the airport on time. I would recommend if you have a morning flight or as someone who doesn’t want to stress about getting to the airport on time. There were plenty toilets and sinks to get your make up ready

The shower was okay but not the most cleanest I’ve seen from a nine hours hotel. Still decent but not spotless clean
