Great location, super close to Narita airport, and the free shuttle service they offer is a godsend. I didn’t realise that they had services to the hotel from the airport too, so it’s best to check with the hotel beforehand. They gave me a shuttle bus timetable after I arrived, but at that time I had already paid for a taxi to get there. 😅 Facilities were a bit aged but everything was clean. There was also a cute little convenience store directly downstairs with a decent selection of fresh and packaged food. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient, also spoke decent English. 👍

Wifi was so slow and unstable, not what I expected from a hotel close to a Tokyo airport. There was no hand soap, and the front desk said to use body wash.

Shuttle from Narita airport was fantastic. Super easy. Room was basic but exactly what we needed for just the night.

Hotel is somewhat outdated but not really a concern as only there for a short term.

The shuttles departed on time to and from the airport. Information and timetables about the shuttles weren't available on booking.com, but are shown on hotel's site. The room was spacious compared to those you got in Tokyo center.

The shuttle very useful, My flight was quite late and long, so it was very nice to have this service on time. The shop was useful for a snack and drink at that hour.

Very long trip for me, I was tired, I asked and paid for breakfast NexT morning, I forgot to ask What time, and that guy from reception didn’t mention it, I didn’t see any notice somewhere, at 9,30 when I asked, The breakfast it was closed already. Paid for nothing. For 4 stars , the room quite small. No bottle of water for drink. Honestly, I don’t know the standards in this area.

The hotel was good value for money. Close to the airport, comfortable beds, large bathroom, good breakfast, free car parking, convenience store on-site. Cupboard was large enough to store 3 very large suitcases. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had read other reviews saying it was noisy because of the close proximity to the airport, but it’s not the case. It’s very well sounded proofed. Hardly heard any planes.

The only thing my daughter and I didn’t like so much was that the heating couldn’t be adjusted in the room and it was a little bit too warm. There was a control by the bed, but even though I had it on 18 degrees Celsius, it was still too warm. I turned it off, but not sure if it did actually turn off. Oh and the only other issue was that the elevator doors closed too quickly one day and banged straight into my daughter’s arm. So be careful of the fast closing elevator doors.

A stately older/modern hotel. It was well maintained and had not been overly "modernized", looked a bit James Bondish in a good way. The room was good and fairly spacious. Excellent bed, and the breakfast (included in our rate) was a very good combination of Japanese and western items. The dining room for breakfast was spectacular in terms of views. Fresh fruit, salt grilled Mackerel (excellent), etc., We had a good if short stay the night before our flight from Narita.

Shuttle bus from Narita to the airport ended at 10:30 pm, which meant we had to take a taxi due to our late train arrival.

This was our first experience with a Japanese hotel. It was beautiful and very well maintained. Elegant without excess. The room was very clean, and it had a lot of practical amenities like charging stations and a bidet. You don't see much of this in the US. Beds were small but comfortable. There were safety instructions, it was well-lit (I've never said that about a hotel room in the States), and they have a flashlight handy but neatly tucked in by the bed should it be needed. Very reasonable cost as well. Near the airport, and there's a free shuttle. The staff was patent and helpful even with the language barrier.

Only got to stay one night!. I guess the beds could have been bigger, but that's a cultural issue. I'm used to the American queen-size beds; these were twin-size.

Very clean, rooms well air conditioned. Staff very pleasant. Good size room. We were able to get a room very late as we missed the last train to Tokyo.

The hotel may be physically close to the airport, but not to the terminal. It was very difficult to get to. As we missed the last train due to our flight from Seoul being delayed by 45 minutes & there were no taxis available at 23.30 (11.30pm) we had to walk to the hotel, which took about 45 minutes. I deliberately chose this hotel as it said on my search in Booking.com it that it had a shuttle bus to and from the terminal. However, it did not tell you that the shuttle bus stopped running at 21.30 (9.30pm.) which was useless to us. I would have chosen a closer hotel had I known the shuttle bus was not operating.

Excellent hotel and very good value for money. Shuttle bus was always on-time, there also is a bus service to a shopping centre nearby too. Check-in and out was done very professionally. Lobby area is lovely, and very clean. Rooms are also very clean, wi-fi works well and mine had a fridge. I only used the restaurant for breakfast, good choice of food and once again very clean. All the staff were extremely courteous. I would definitely stay again, highly recommended.

Just a few improvements. Bathroom has separate hot/cold taps, mixer taps should really be installed. No butter available at breakfast. The Marroad is described as 'International', in the room you only have Japanese tea which I like but no coffee which is drank more internationally. At breakfast there is a choice of teabags and a coffee machine. Please provide coffee sachets in the rooms.

The hotel room was very spaceous and the beds were very comfortable. The morning buffet was great too. The location to and the connection provided by the shuttle to the airport were excellent! The shuttle goes every 30 minutes and they provide you with a schedule when you check-in. A good hotel to stay at before an early flight out from Narita.

The rooms are a little noisy with planes landing and taking off, but thats to be expected with how close the hotel is to the airport. There is supposed to be a shuttle from the hotel to Narita city but I have not been able to get on it even though I stood outside at the times it was supposed to be there. Maybe I was unlucky but this meant that I had to take the airport shuttle to go to back to the airport and take the train from there to get to the city.
