Very accessible to the airport with free airport shuttle. The facilities are excellent, it's everything you need. The hotel ensure always the cleanliness for hygienic purposes by providing new towels every day. I will always patronize Toyoko inn whenever i visit Japan especially their free breakfast.

I almost like everything, maybe the only thing i didn't like are the pillows, very thin,

- you can take the shuttle to the airport, it takes 10 minutes to terminal 2. The shuttle is easy to find at terminal 2 arrival. - large breakfast

- breakfast room is not so cosy - beds were not very confortable

When i saw this hotel, i didn't have very high expectations. The room was $50, a smoking room was the only room available when I did a same day booking. I walked into the room and it was so small. But then I had a chance to sit down and get acclimated to the room. It was clean, it had a comfortable bed. I love firm mattresses. I there was a television, plenty of outlets l, a place for your clothes. Good sized shower with handheld and rainshower shower head, heated toilet seat and bidet. There was a desk, refrigerator, complementary slippers, a shoe horn (I love those). The room had everything you would get in a higher class room, but in a smaller package. There's a convenience store in the lobby, and breakfast that was complementary until 9am. Plus they had complementary airport shuttle to Narita. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Definitely recommend this hotel if you reach Narita Airport late at night or have an early morning flight. Easy self checkin and checkout. The staff were very accomodating and stored our bag for the whole day after we checked out in the morning. We had a late afternoon flight to catch so, with no bags we could explore the surrounding areas freely. There's no restaurants nearby for dinner except for Lawsons in the ground floor of the hotel so, I suggest you grab something to eat from the airport before you head to the hotel. The airport shuttle makes it very convenient to travel to and fro the airport. The free buffet breakfast with Japanese and English menu for the room price you pay is a great value for money.

It is a usual airport hotel so rooms are typical size of a Japanese business hotel. Breakfast was pretty good with sufficient variety. There is a convenient and dependable airport shuttle. The staff were helpful, although it did feel that the hotel is understaffed.

Walls were somewhat soundproof but we could still hear noises from the corridor. The water pipes are very noisy, and we could hear water flowing when the guestroom above us showers or uses the toilet. The The area around the hotel had very little shops and/or restaurants. Nevertheless, the nearby tonkatsu was pretty good, albeit pricey.

The closeness from the airport. The breakfast was fantastic. The first hotel ever to offer mangoes☺️. A great variety and a hearty start to the day with breakfast included. Great venue for a quick nights rest and manoeuvre to your next location. Easy to check in and get some sleep after a long flight.

The breakfast time should be a little longer, it’s too short for the size of the hotel. The bedroom for a single person should be a little bit bigger. Especially if you have two suitcases, It was a bit of a struggle to open the cases with the single size room I picked.

The location is very good. The shuttle bus is very comfortable. There are many rounds from morning until late at night. You can go shopping and eating at the airport before checking in. Lawson is on the first floor where you will find a variety of things to buy before packing your things back home. There are pajamas/ shirt provided as well.

The room was so small that I couldn't open 2 28-inch suitcases at the same time. Even 1 suitcase will fit in the aisle. However, there is space under the bed for storage to keep the walkway clear. Also the beds are quite hard.

The room was very clean, stuff absolutely helpful (which is basic almost everywhere in Japan) . I couldn't try the breakfast because of the early check out next morning. There is a free baggage storage in the hotel and a small supermarket next to the lobby (7eleven) where you can buy all basic stuffs. Free transfer from the airport is perfect, time schedule of it as well. Getting to the airport takes 10 min with the transfer bus. I have spent only one night here because my flight departed on the next morning. If somebody arrives to Japan for a couple of days for visiting of Tokyo, maybe not this hotel is the good choise because it is quite far away from the famous parts of Tokyo, but sure I will choose this hotel next time again if I will arrive here for the same reason.

I cannot say anything which I did not like here.

-proximity to Narita Airport which is perfect for out early flight the next day! -free shuttle bus took us from and back to the airport on time, fuss free! -warm, filling breakfast... the selection was simple but very balanced to start your day... very grateful for this! -friendly staff and bus drivers... consistent all the time! -cleanliness of the facility as expected in Japan -ample size of bed that can help you relax and rest well after a flight -there is Lawson konbini at the lobby! hooray for midnight snacks! :)

while the property is generally clean, i did find a strand of hair in one of the towels... it is not a big deal but for someone who is a germophobic like me and esp after the pandemic, i just didnt like seeing it...

Neat and clean, shuttle service is very nice.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my check-in at your hotel. Upon my arrival at 6 PM, I found the reception clerk at the check-in counter to be very rude. He was on a call and did not pay attention to any guests or offer assistance. While the rest of the staff were very nice, this particular clerk's attitude was disappointing. I kindly request that you address this issue and improve the attitude of this staff member.
