Very accessible to the airport with free airport shuttle. The facilities are excellent, it's everything you need. The hotel ensure always the cleanliness for hygienic purposes by providing new towels every day. I will always patronize Toyoko inn whenever i visit Japan especially their free breakfast.

I almost like everything, maybe the only thing i didn't like are the pillows, very thin,

- you can take the shuttle to the airport, it takes 10 minutes to terminal 2. The shuttle is easy to find at terminal 2 arrival. - large breakfast

- breakfast room is not so cosy - beds were not very confortable

Easy to find from airport, very nice staff who helped with check in. Felt very safe, good security and 24 hour reception. The shop on site is just brilliant with super tasty food and cute gifts. Complimentary toiletries were nice too. Didn’t try the breakfast. Nice and clean room fab Wi-Fi. Got Uber to Narita, well worth a few visits, much cheaper than taxi. Perfect for a few nights stay, I was stuck in Japan after the Microsoft’s outage, waiting for a flight to Thailand!

Air conditioning isn’t very effective

I really enjoyed several aspects of the experience. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, which made for a great start to each day. The free shuttle service provided easy and convenient access to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I also appreciated the assistance from the staff in arranging a taxi at the national rate, ensuring a hassle-free trip to my destination. The hotel’s cleanliness and the safe environment were noticeable, adding to my comfort. Additionally, having a mini-mart on-site was convenient for any last-minute needs.

When i saw this hotel, i didn't have very high expectations. The room was $50, a smoking room was the only room available when I did a same day booking. I walked into the room and it was so small. But then I had a chance to sit down and get acclimated to the room. It was clean, it had a comfortable bed. I love firm mattresses. I there was a television, plenty of outlets l, a place for your clothes. Good sized shower with handheld and rainshower shower head, heated toilet seat and bidet. There was a desk, refrigerator, complementary slippers, a shoe horn (I love those). The room had everything you would get in a higher class room, but in a smaller package. There's a convenience store in the lobby, and breakfast that was complementary until 9am. Plus they had complementary airport shuttle to Narita. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Definitely recommend this hotel if you reach Narita Airport late at night or have an early morning flight. Easy self checkin and checkout. The staff were very accomodating and stored our bag for the whole day after we checked out in the morning. We had a late afternoon flight to catch so, with no bags we could explore the surrounding areas freely. There's no restaurants nearby for dinner except for Lawsons in the ground floor of the hotel so, I suggest you grab something to eat from the airport before you head to the hotel. The airport shuttle makes it very convenient to travel to and fro the airport. The free buffet breakfast with Japanese and English menu for the room price you pay is a great value for money.

It is a usual airport hotel so rooms are typical size of a Japanese business hotel. Breakfast was pretty good with sufficient variety. There is a convenient and dependable airport shuttle. The staff were helpful, although it did feel that the hotel is understaffed.

Walls were somewhat soundproof but we could still hear noises from the corridor. The water pipes are very noisy, and we could hear water flowing when the guestroom above us showers or uses the toilet. The The area around the hotel had very little shops and/or restaurants. Nevertheless, the nearby tonkatsu was pretty good, albeit pricey.

The closeness from the airport. The breakfast was fantastic. The first hotel ever to offer mangoes☺️. A great variety and a hearty start to the day with breakfast included. Great venue for a quick nights rest and manoeuvre to your next location. Easy to check in and get some sleep after a long flight.

The breakfast time should be a little longer, it’s too short for the size of the hotel. The bedroom for a single person should be a little bit bigger. Especially if you have two suitcases, It was a bit of a struggle to open the cases with the single size room I picked.

The location is very good. The shuttle bus is very comfortable. There are many rounds from morning until late at night. You can go shopping and eating at the airport before checking in. Lawson is on the first floor where you will find a variety of things to buy before packing your things back home. There are pajamas/ shirt provided as well.

The room was so small that I couldn't open 2 28-inch suitcases at the same time. Even 1 suitcase will fit in the aisle. However, there is space under the bed for storage to keep the walkway clear. Also the beds are quite hard.
