This is my first visit to Japan so my bench mark is set by my experiences in many hotels in more than 14 countries around the world. I was very impressed by most aspects of this hotel, starting at the free shuttle service from the airport and to other convenient locations in the area such as the railway station and large shopping centre. When we were there the Hotel had a very impressive lighting display at the rear of the hotel. The breakfast was very good value for money and had a great variety of foods and drinks. There is a good range of restaurants within the hotel to choose between. The staff were always very attentive and friendly.

Due to the limited hours of some of the restaurants in the hotel and one that would usually be open was not open during our stay we were unable to sample them all.

The hotel has a great shuttle service from the airport AND a free shuttle service into town which was great because Narita is a really cute Japanese town. The bathroom is nice and large as is the room. It's a much nicer place to stay than Tokyo. They helped get my bags to my room. They have a Lawson convenience store in the hotel which is great too. Loved the free and easy wi-fi.

No onsen which isn't a huge deal but they weirdly have an indoor smoking room inside the hotel which is a little weird. I smelled tobacco walking out the first time and thought it was strange

Big hotel near Narita Airport, with a free shuttle bus (set schedule available on hotels own website) that stops at both terminals. Friendly staff. Several restaurants, the tempura set mean was lovely. Room was a decent size, clean with a spacious bathroom. We only stayed one night because of a 10 AM flight back home, which started off great because of the convenience of the shuttle bus.

As with a lot of Japanese hotels, the hallways and rooms could do with a bit of a modernizing update, but it was clean and comfortable. For Japanese standards, the alcoholic beverages were quite expensive in the restaurant.

Great bed (probably the best in the trip). Room is decent enough (a bit dated though) The bus service from-and-to airport is VERY good. Having a 24/7 Lawson on the ground floor is a godsend. Being able to quickly go downstairs and buy a simple silly thing you need, or post a last postcard - this is a great service!

When you reserve through Booking, they only use your card information as a "confirmation check", not as an actual payment (you still pay at the hotel). I have no idea why, the staff doesn't either. They showed me a note that this was clearly marked somewhere on booking, but for the love of god I can't remember ever seeing this very important info. That caused a bit of confusion, as I had hoped all payments were done in advance (as I had forgotten my credit card and was running out of cash considering it was my last day in Japan), After a bit of discussion, the staff called with booking and luckily Booking quickly confirmed payment was possible ensured the payment went through.

1. Hotel has more bus shutter during the peak hours. At the airport pick up point, there was even a staff who went around with a board showing the hotel name informing us how long more before the bus is arriving. Bonus service. 2. Room is very spacious. We booked a superior twin and had 1 extra bed. Plenty of spaces even with the additional bed. 3. Toilet is spacious. 4.Hotel even had winter illumination which we can see from our room although we did not make it down at night. Looks beautiful

Nothing that I did not like.

Most of the staff were extremely polite, the rooms were small, but well situated, and the tub is deep and pretty comfortable. I immediately went to take a bath. It was great and the bathroom was nicely sized. There is a 24 hour market. We also ate buffet style at the restaurant and the food was really good. The location of the hotel being close to the airport was nice. It is a modern hotel with good options for people who need things on site. As English speakers, with limited Japanese, it was easy to communicate. The free shuttle service is wonderful.

The bathroom had hair in it from a previous booker on the floor and shower wall. I know it wasn’t ours because it was straight long black hair on the floor and a big curly black hair on the bathroom wall. I saw both immediately upon entering the bathroom. I didn’t complain, I just cleaned both up before using the facilities. Small cleaning details like this is commonly missed in hotel bathrooms, but it always makes me wonder if the bathroom was properly cleaned and if it was sanitized. I rent short term property and it’s one of the things I always look for during and after the bathroom and house is cleaned-that there is no hair from previous guests anywhere.

It's near the airport and provides shuttle service. The room is very comfortable with most required facilities available. It has dining facilities inside the hotel as well as in nearby shops.

The hotel was really conveniently located for Narita airport and the hotel shuttle to and from the airport was really efficient with clearly signposted bus stops and buses along with helpful staff. Check-in at the hotel was friendly and speedy. My room was reasonably sized with a comfortable bed. There were coin laundry facilities and a 24-hour convenience store which was well stocked. If you need to print a boarding pass then there were some computers with printers connected which worked well.

The soundproofing on the rooms wasn’t great, I could hear the guest in the next room talking on the phone.

As good as it gets for an airport hotel of this price point. Delicious breakfast buffet (with an early start at 5:30 am to boot)!!! Western choice, and the standout was the selection of Japanese breakfast items! So delicious- and had the option to get breakfast takeout containers as we didn't have time to sit at 6 am to eat. Good frequency of airport shuttle. Spacious room. Room service was efficient and food was good. Professional staff.

Not didn't like- but would've been super nice if they had a jacuzze/ sauna & fitness room for some relaxation and stretching from being on the road.

My flight was super early on the next day so I had to stay here for a night. It's close to NRT airport with free shuttle so no need to worry about transport. The twin room was spacious for two people with big suitcases and the beds were bigger than expected. Hotel staff were really friendly and quick in response to any requests :)

Since we travelled during winter and the whole floor shared the same air conditioning, the heater was very strong. We turned it off and opened the window as suggeseted by the staff since it's way too dry and suffocating with that amount of heat. The downside of having windows opened was the noise since planes flew by from time to time.
