Close to airport and free airport shuttle service provided to the guest that's a plus point. Stayes for only one night so didn't explore any of the hotel facilities. They provide with microwave to heat food ,so you can carry you food if on a late arrival.

The bus shuttle is every hour to hotel before 5pm, after 5pm is every 30mins from Narita bus stop terminal 27. Earlier bus to airport 4.40am and 5.30am with 40 capacity and usually pack, was told Subsequent capacity will reduce to 20 pax. Rooms is old, finishes need minor refurbishment but smell fresh. Toilet were sparkling clean. Beds are 4tf for single. Shampoo and bath gel were good grade product. As we are rushing, not able to feel the Onsen. Next time will dropby.

The wall paper could stick back, door paint peel off and could be touched up.

Free shuttle to hotel from train station and from hotel to airport. Quite clean and close to Narita. Nothing particularly fancy about this hotel. Dated but priced themselves reasonable and service nicely like other hotel in Japan. I will recommend for 1-2 nights stay close to Narita

A bit dated. But you get what you pay for! At the reasonable price for the service and offers, I have no complaint

they have no shuttle bus to the airport, the convenience store was closed and there’s no food service at night., not so convenient if you are jet lagged

I liked the service given by the registration staff during the checking-in, the staff at the restaurant where we had our dinner and breakfast, the staff at the hot spring and also the staff during the check-out. I also liked very much the hot spring at the hotel! That was the main reason I booked this hotel. The free shuttle bus from and to the airport was also very useful and the drivers were very friendly. The food selection at the restaurant for our buffet dinner and breakfast was fantastic and very tasty.

Perhaps to have a free mineral water bottle in the room as a service.

Great spot nearby airport for a good price. Free shuttle from hotel to airport, Narita JR station, mall and back. You can use it before check-in. I did not know so I waited till 3PM. Narita historic centre is beautiful. Spacy room, comfy bed and bath. Shop in hotel.

Old equipment in bathroom. Rusty water tap. Limescale on tiles. This is only hotel I experience this during my trip in Japan so I was suprised. Onsen are not tattoo friendly that what I am sorry cause it could increase my rating even it is paid extra.

The room was attractive and clean and I loved the soaking tub! I liked that a convenience store and restaurant were on sight, and the gardens were lovely.

The have sauna and onsen ~ but if you have tattoos, you can not use them. I feel that as a hotel near an international airport, they need to remove that ban. The cool mid-century modern design of the hotel, the near modern arty updates, the lovely gardens, and being near the airport, would get them a lot of visitors for their first or last day in Tokyo...but with so many overseas folks having tattoos, they lose that experience.

I really liked the view that you get from the hotel. Also the hotel provides you with a free bus service from the airport to the hotel and to other locations as well The onsen(hot spring) is a life changer, like it was 10/10 and would highly recommend it (it's little weird that you need to walk naked if you are not used to it but other than that just an amazing experience (also go to onsen when it's cold )

The only one problem I had is that there not much to narita like it's a 2 nights trip 3 tops

We had a room in the old wing first. We went back to the reception as it was a smelly room with the smell of cigarettes, we booked for non-smoking room, as we are a family with a small child. We instantly got a different room in the new wing. The new room was very nice and accommodating. The staff was really nice!

The previous room in the old wing. But that was immediately rectified. Also the elevators are closing extremely fast. We almost got separated from our child. And got hit by the elevatordoors multiple times as they close while you still have to get your luggage in/out the elevator.
